I needed assistance and decided to call this business at +18556574700 The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. I'm leaving this review to share how things went for me personally. read more

My wife and I flew viva from Tijuana to Cancun. On our return flight of 350 pm flight with a 330 boarding. We were in the airport, looked at the screens for boarding which still showed 330 and did not receive a text or update on our E-tickets. Went to board at 337 and was told they boarded at 305 and we could not get on the flight. The screen above the desk still showed a 330 boarding. Then after spending the night in the airport in Guadalajara to get home at 8am and having to miss a day of work, I was told via email we were late and they will not refund us... They are wrong, was not late, and are crooked for not immediately refunding our tickets. No refund, no help in rebooking. My wife and I travel to Mexico prob 2-3 times a year minimum and have never had an issue like this, will never travel viva aerobus again. Super disappointed in them and would highly recommended anyone NOT TO FLY WITH THEM because they do not care about the customer. read more

Aghhh. I thought volaris was the worse . This airline was definitely the worse. Ended up changing my flight, lay over in Mexico City 6 hours , and paying 127.80 dollars for my extra loggage. They lefts me waiting over the phone to speak to "someone" hi and bye read more

Star Review -- Warning: Terrible Experience with VivaAerobus I had a terrible experience with VivaAerobus. My flight from Tijuana to León was canceled without clear explanation. Instead of simply rebooking me, they only offered a credit voucher -- no refund. I accepted it at the time, but when I tried to use the voucher a few months later, I was shocked to learn it had expired. At no point was I informed of an expiration date or given clear terms. They essentially took my money -- about $340 USD -- and offered nothing in return. This feels dishonest and completely unacceptable. As someone who is both Mexican and American, I'm extremely disappointed to see a Mexican airline treat its passengers this way. VivaAerobus hides behind fine print and poor communication to avoid accountability. Please do not use them -- save yourself the frustration and choose an airline that respects its customers. read more

I've been flying with them for years but they recently switched to ai for customer service and it's a nightmare, especially for English speakers. It's my opinion they do this on purpose to cut back on changes/costs/etc. I will not be flying with them anymore. It's just not worth the headaches and lack of respect. read more

Horrible. Airline has oversells and does not give priority to families with children. They made me wait in the airport with my 1 year old until they could confirm no available seats. They rebooked us for the next flight but were ready to make us wait til next day. We will never fly with this airline again. Pay a little more for a better airline. read more

I had though Volaris was bad! Viva was even worse, on our way to Mexico City Viva canceled our flight and offer a flight that did not fit my needs. I changed my flight to one last minute and they charged us an extra $7000. Pesos. On the way back the kept moving us from gate to gate from gate 17 to 03 and back to 15. The did not have remorse of how they treated their customers! Beware you are have been warned! read more

Horrible! Vivaaerobus made two changes to my return flight from Puerto Vallarta and offered me a refund. I have been trying to get my refund for over a month now and I keep getting to a point where they are going to take care of it and then somehow I get disconnected. I even had a friend of mine who speaks spanish help me and she was hung up on as well! read more

I didn't think it can get worse than volaris but vivaaerobus showed me it can be a lot worse. First they changed my direct flight from Oaxaca to TJ and gave me a 7 hour stop in mexico city, and then change course from TJ to another airport hours away just as we were about to land. The workers were clueless and did not seem to care about passengers at all. Very unorganized and honestly the worst experience I ever had with an airline. Do not fly with vivabus. read more

This company is the absolute worst!!!! I needed to cancel my flights due to unforeseen circumstances. After being on the phone with customer service representatives I was told to email the cancellation department that they provided me with and a refund would be issued. They lied. Not only did I not receive my refund I lost out on being able to transfer the flights to someone else or possibly get credit for future flights. I have tried 13 times with different reps and management. They keep telling me one thing and the outcome is the exact opposite. I was finally told a month ago they can refund me the airport fees, which is a third of my loss but better than nothing. It's been a month. Still no refund. I called today they said they didn't have the correct credit card to apply the refund so they cancelled it out. Every time I call I'm on hold for hours then mysteriously the call ends. I will NEVER fly with this company. They are absolutely horrible. read more

Unfortunately it appears the other reviews are accurate and now I'm another dissatisfied customer. June 08,2024 crossed CBX Tijuana airport 8am for a 935am flight. Stood at VIVA counter 840am and was told we could not check in because we were "late." VIVA supervisor refused to help us and gave number to call..busy signal..VIVA refused to put us on new flight forcing us to pay over $1,100.00 for plane tickets on Volaris for one way to Cabo San Lucas. June 15, 2024 Cabo San Lucas Stood at VIVA counter for awhile waiting to check in for flight departure. At 1246pm VIVA employee picked up his lunch and walked off leaving a line of people...never said a word, RUDE! All of us Stood in line for 15 minutes staring at empty VIVA counters...photos attached of the employee that abandoned customers. Spend the extra money and fly a different airline! read more

DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE -- THEY'RE UNRELIABLE AND UNFAIR This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an airline. My sister bought our tickets, and they changed our departure date without consent, cutting two days off our trip. No explanation, no apology -- just a new flight that didn't work for us. When I tried to change the date back to the original, they wanted to charge me extra -- even though they were the ones who changed it in the first place. On top of that, they never refunded the money they owed me. This airline is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and money-hungry. They don't care if you miss your plans or lose money. Save yourself the stress -- book with someone else! read more

Please direct message me if you've also had items stolen on a Viva Aerobus flight and file a complaint with the FAA and/or DOT. My passport, entire wallet, $500 USD in pesos and Global Entry card was stolen on my Viva Aerobus flight, which meant I arrived to MEX airport with no passport and was imprisoned in a filthy migrant detention camp for 15 hours. When immigration was holding me, Viva Aerobus was not responsive and didn't look for my passport until someone called them multiple times. They didn't expedite me out of migrant prison and didn't even seem sorry that I spent thousands on this trip only to be deported back to the US due to their shady/non-responsive staff. 5 stars for the gate agent who was wonderful to me after an extremely traumatic day (he had a pride lanyard and was the only person who showed empathy and kindness after I was imprisoned for being a victim of ID theft. Never in a million years did I think I'd be locked up abroad because I was a victim of a crime. To make matters worse, no flight refund and the customer service agent at lost and found told me they can't help because passengers are responsible for their belongings, the cleaners probably stole it. Another agent I spoke to said "yeah, things get stolen all the time on our planes. Lesson learned the hard way, this is my first and last time flying this airlne! read more

My initial flight was delayed, and I was genuinely worried about missing my connection. I asked a Viva representative about it, and they lied to me, saying the connecting flight was also delayed -- it just hadn't been updated on the site yet. I trusted that information, boarded the delayed flight, and when I landed, the connecting flight was already gone. As a result, I lost over $500 on missed flights, last-minute accommodations, and rebooking fees. Viva offered no help, took no responsibility, and left me to deal with the consequences of their misinformation. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Never flying with them again. read more

My friend and I were taking a short trip to Tulum and decided to fly Vivaaerobus because it was cheaper and considered a non international flight which we knew would make coming back though customs easier. When Microsoft caused a system shut down, we were unable to check in to our return flight. I called the airline to see what to do and they said if we were unable to be at the airport four hours early that we shouldn't go and add to the confusion but to wait for the system to come back online and then call back. I was an hour away from the airport and decided to take the advise of the airline attendant i missed my flight. I called back when the system was online and there were no more flights to get back until Monday without taking 17 hours to travel. I was assured by both attendants I spoke with from Vivaaerobus that I would be able to get a refund. When I returned home i called customer service and after an hour phone call was assured i was receiving a refund for my return flight. The attendant said if i hadn't received my refund in 10 days to call back. I called back today, 10 days later to be told I would only receive a voucher. I was on the call for over an hour and the supervisor I spoke with said there was nothing else he could do that they were only refunding flights that were international. I will never purchase from this airline again and i wont be using the voucher either. I highly suggest flying with an international flight if traveling to Mexico. This airline has been a nightmare to deal with. read more

This airline has won the prize for incompetence and negligence. Not only do they NOT inform their customers they need to be at the airport 2 hours PRIOR to their flight, their counter service is unhelpful, not properly trained and rude. Additionally, these two hours are for the original flight time even though the flight was delayed 1.5 hours initially and then another 45 mins. This gross negligence caused our friend to have to miss her flight and book with Volaris in order to get home. We were NOT offered any compensation and told ,'oh well guess you lose your money.' Yeah hard earned $. NEVER again. read more

Delayed 7 hours and counting. Hopefully I fly some time today.... In the future I will surely be spending the extra money saved to fly -any- other airline, at any other airport. But wait there's more! We tried calling customer service and they proceeded to do the "let me put you on hold a moment" and hang up trick 3 times. Cool cool cool cool. Ok so what are our compensation options for having wasted our entire day? $30 USD. Only redeemable for food as drinks, at this airport only. You got me ffffffff'd up on this one. read more

I do not recommend this airline. I bought a flight with the Smart fare, which supposedly allows unlimited itinerary and route changes, charging only the price difference. I wanted to change the date of my flight to a date that was cheaper , than what I had paid, but they still charged me $70 more To change my flight Even though I had a credit on my favor, I think they scam and steal people's money this way. They don't deliver what they promise. I called the airline, and the people who helped me were very rude to me. I repeat, I do not recommend flying with this airline. They scam people a lot. Viva Aerobus airline does the job. Sometimes with delays. I found the staff to be generally helpful. I'm a silver in their rewards program. Their seats are uncomfortable on long flights. The food and drinks are ok at fair prices. I recently tried to make a reservation during the internet problems. I could not sign into my account. I had to make 2 seperate reservations instead of one. About $50.00 usd more than it should be. I sent two emails to customer service to see if they could help. I have yet to hear back from anyone. Customer service could be better. Thank you. read more

This was the worst experience we've had. We were discriminated against by two Venezuelan women who claimed to be 'in charge of the flight.' They were not wearing proper uniforms and showed no respect whatsoever. We nearly missed our flight because they kept stopping the regular lines to allow priority passengers through--who made up half the plane--while handling the entire boarding process extremely slowly. read more

I am the 9 person that i know that they canceled your flight with same day notice . They don't paid for your hotel for the night they are not polite at all. If you don't want to be hanging somewhere don't flight with this airline especially if you need to go to work the next day. read more

Horrible experience. Our flight was cancelled then arriving at the airport 2 hours and 15 minutes before our rescheduled flight 3 hours later, we were told "you can fly but you cannot take your luggage"...?!? Then speaking with the head rep at the terminal, we were told no seats were available and that we would fly out 3 hours later with our luggage on a 3rd flight. She asked me how long before the confirmed, rescheduled flight we arrive, and I replied over 2 hours before the flight. She told me you should always arrive 3 hours before your scheduled flight. So, I guess the popularized global understanding of arriving at least 2 hours prior doesn't apply to Viva... or at least that person. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a flight. I had a connecting flight and missed the flight because the first one was delayed. No one spoke English no one assisted to help me. I had to act a damn fool in order for someone to help. They don't put what gate your flying out of. This airline is the absolute worst and it's just ridiculous they don't help you. AVOID. SCAMMERS. Rip-off artists at check-in. I have flown with them five times. It's worse each time. No customer service at all. Not one employee is pleasant. Complex pricing leaves me confused and agents take advantage so as to charge extra at the last minute. They see a simple carry-on as a cash cow. Viva Aerobus will not survive because of treating fliers like cash machines instead of customers. No wonder the planes are half empty at peak season. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. read more

Worst Experience ever! Should of listen to our friends on not booking with Viva Aerobus. My trip was from LAX to Merida with one lay over. Our friends told us they are more likely then not to delay our flight, cancel our flight, or overbook the flight. They told us many times not to book it. However we booked it anyways. Our trip cost us about $950 for two passengers, my wife and I had one check in luggage total. Compared with other airline at time of booking, the price was about $750 per ticket. We figured how bad can it be. We're headed to mexico couple days early for a walkeding and if our flight is delayed a couple of hours we'll still be there on time. Afterall, our 17 months old baby will be staying with grandma. So some alone time anywhere is as good as anywhere. Our original booking was Departing flight 2/17/2024 LAX - GDL 2350HRS - 0455HRS 2/18/2024 GDL - MID 0925HRS - 1140HRS Return flight 2/21/2024 MID - MEX 0905HRS - 1110HRS 2/21/2024 MEX - LAX 1935HRS - 2140HRS Around 2230hrs on 2/16/2024 i went online to check in. The website advised us that our flight has been cancelled and changed. Our option was to not accept the flight and to get a full refund or to accept the changs. This was the night before. What are we going to do? Ofcourse we had to accept the flight. The new flight is as follows. They changed both our departing and return flight. Updated Flight Departing flight 2/17/2024 LAX - MEX 1840-1210 2/18/2024 MEX - MED 0620-0810 Returning flight 2/21/2024 MID - MEX 0905HRS - 1110HRS 2/21/2024 MEX - LAX 0630HRS - 0835HRS Yes notice the returning flight, my connecting flight from MEX-LAX actually departed before my first flight even happened. I will get into this later. Come the day of 2/17/2024. We got to the airport "LAX, terminal 1" at 1415hrs for check in and boarding time of 1745. Upon checking in no gates was assigned, then at a later time. It was assigned to the other side of the airport, Tom Bradley Terminal. So of course we walked over there, no big deal we can use the exercises. But once we got there, our flight was now delay to about 2030hrs boarding time. With the updated change, the original plan was to land in Mexico City at 0010hrs. My friends and I booked a room at the Hilton inside the airport to rest our eyes instead of sleeping inside the domestic terminal while waiting for our layover. With the new time, we got to our hotel at about 0230hrs and got to use the room until 0400hrs before heading back for our next flight. We paid the full room price for one and a half hour of usage. We also booked a room for our return flight. Our layover on the return flight was 19 hours and 20 minutes. We figured with that layover it'll be great, we would be able to go into Mexico City and explore around for a bit. ***Each room cost about $175 USD*** ***Note*** With the late change in flight we now have to ask grandma to watch our Daughter for an extra night last minute. Our trip was planned out months ahead. After the layover, we got to our destination on time with our second flight Hooray! Now for the returning flight. On the morning of 2/21/2024, we got to the airport around 0700hrs for our check in. When checking in, the attendant had little patient with me since I didn't speak Spanish. We were trying to use Itranslate app to assist with our communication. We were able to come to an understanding that our second leg of the flight from MEX to LAX that was reassigned to us from the airline had has already happened and that we were only going to fly to Mexico City and that was the end of our trip and that we had to purchase new tickets if we wanted to get back to LA. What just happened?!? Did someone manually change my flight, or did their system not flag the fact that the 2nd leg of the flight happens before the first and that I can't be in two places at once. Then the attendant in Merida told me here the service desk number you can call them to figure it out or there is a help desk in Mexico City airport. My wife and I then flew to MEX knowing that we had to get to MEX or somewhere else to fly back to LA. There was no direct flight from Merida to LA. Upon arrival to Mexico city we go to the service desk, the line for the service desk was super long, seems like everyone at the service desk was having ticketing issue. Again, I was unable to communicate with the attendant at the service desk using my translating app, but this time. I called a friend. I live in LA, ofcourse I have friends that speaks Spanish. My friend was on speaker translating for me. The clerk was able to print me out my intenary and sent me on my way and circled my flight. She told us that we were good for tomorrow and shuu me away so she can help someone else. "At this point there was about 10 groups in line each group took about 10 minutes. As I was walking away, I looked at the intenary she gave me. It was intenary for the flight that has already departed this morning! If they read more

My experience with Viva wasn't so good. My flight from LA to Mexico was delayed for 1 hour. The seats are so crammed and uncomfortable- and overall everything is very disorganized. Other airlines allow online check in for your flight to avoid going to counter in real life; however, Viva will charge you to use the counter for checkin yet they also don't let you check in online unless you purchase an assigned seat. Vivaaerobus offers cheap flights, but you will be getting what you pay for. read more

This is the worst airline I flew on so far...waiting hours and hours. Employees are so disrespectful and completely useless. Our flight got delayed 3 times. .my ticket said boarding time 20:50 but was incorrect by at least an hour and a half then when we asked they still couldn't give us a time for departure they said check back in 1 hour then maybe we can give you a time. Don't waist your money on this airline!!!! If I could rate less than I would do so over again but I doubt I'll be back. read more

So we have to stand in that line just to get checked in? Are you going to search this guy with these giant square-ish shaped packages that look like something you don't want on the same plane? Once at the front of the line, the flight attendant at this window got us checked in. Now off the the security part so no weapons or liquids. We were so early, we waited at the gate for 3 hours before we could board. The flight was great because you get a whole drink and a whole bag of chips.

I was hesitant to fly with Volaris because I watched some videos and reviews. I used Volaris to fly…read moreback home. This was the cheapest flight and I needed a somewhat early flight. I downloaded the app to get my boarding pass and check in. I did not have issues. My ticket included a check in bag and a person item which was great. When I got to the airport to check in my luggage, it was such a easy process. They have self check in machines. You scan your boarding pass and it gives you a luggage tag. You strap it on and then you drop off your luggage in the drop off section. Very easy to use. The flight itself was very uncomfortable. My seat was in the regular section so the seats were very tight and close to each other. Thankfully I am 5 feet tall and do not need much leg room. One of the ladies sitting in my row was moved to a different seat so the person next to me moved over and we had some space between us. You have to bring your own water and snacks because they do not give you anything on the flight. It is an option to purchase in flight. 3 stars for Volaris because I passed out during the entire 3.5 hours of my flight back from Mexico City to Orlando and the discomfort didn't bother me too much. I would take Volaris again for short flights only.

There's a lot of bad: 1) The seats feel like bus seats. They were really firm and hard, reminding me of elementary school chairs. 2) I paid to choose my seat, but we didn't have those seats on our return flight. It would have made little difference, anyway, because the rows are virtually identical from the front to back of the plane. Space is limited. 3) The loading process is disorganized. Most logical carriers will load elderly and people with disabilities before loading everyone else. For some reason, Volaris does not do that, and it causes loading to be far longer. 4) Customer service doesn't exist before, during, or after the flights. If you try to check reservation information, you can only talk to AI or chatbots. They give you the option to text customer service through WhatsApp if you have questions; however, they will give a generic, unhelpful answer that mirrors what the AI/Chatbot says. 5) Flight attendants are there to do the bare minimum. Carry a credit card if you want anything (food, water, etc) as there is a cost to everything. Flight attendants could not even care less if people were getting up when the plane was ascending/descending. 6) If you are tall, you will not enjoy the limited seat space 7) If you didn't pay an extra fee for a seat assignment, then you will not be assigned your seat till the day of the flight. If you did pay for your seat, they could still move your seat, despite you paying for it. Because of their literally absent customer service process, if you have legitimate disability accommodations, they cannot accommodate that till you arrive at the airport. By that time, the seats have already been assigned and there is little they can do to accommodate you. This is the reason people with disabilities were limping without assistance onto the flight in group 6, rather than being boarded prior to the general population. 8) Even if there is a delay to the flight, they do not consistently update their passengers. I had a 30-40 minute delay going from LAX to MEX, but it did not show that there was a delay until we arrived at Mexico City. 9) This is a low-cost carrier and it can be considerably cheaper than other alternatives if you don't carry baggage. If you are carrying baggage and choosing a seat, there may only a 10-20% difference (compared to 30-40%, as you'd see on google flights). Volaris is completely unprofessional. I hear Viva Aerobus is even worse. This said, I'd probably stick with AeroMexico next time I go to Mexico.

First in the way to Mexico they pulled my suitcase and told me that I couldn't take it on board and must check it in when I explained how this would possibly make me lose my bus they didn't care and said I better listen it will not be allowed on. Then on my way back to Los Angeles they selected me to check my bag right before boarding . Again really , I just went through your high security check point , soooo rude to do this and make their passengers feel like they are being picked on. Then as she rummaged through my things and obviously found nothing and made me now lose my priority because supposedly I am on priority boarding the next person selects me to say that my bag needs to be checked in because it might be too large which it wasn't. But since I refused to lift it up on her baggage check since I can't lift bags (the reason both my brothers were with me paying to all board together) she said too bad I'm going to check your bag in now. Seeing that three people all chose to stop me and choose me to stop for each their own reason felt like bullying and harassment. I had to be on this plane feeling awful with a bad taste in my mouth; feeling defeated and picked on. Sad to see others after me not bothered and having purse, backpack and carryon and not stopped while I just had that one carry on. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this airline. I'm Done!!! Done !!!I strongly suggest everyone to fly anything but American Airline. Not my choice in the future and I will make sure to tell my friends and family to chose another.

She used a translator app to keep us informed when the flight was delayed. It was pouring so might as well head to the airport. Several shops for last minute omiyage( gifts to bring back.) The World Cup is in less than 50 days, and it's still a mess. I had to carry my heavy bags up and down stairs because the escalators were all broken. None of the pedestrian moving escalators weren't working either. There was a long cord/cable that was hanging from the ceiling in a narrow hallway after de boarding a plane that everyone had to avoid. I could keep going on, but it's never a pleasure to fly in and out of this airport sadly.

My experience for the most part, flight attendants are always polite and professional. One thing I feel like Delta does on a consistent basis is how their pilots communicate to the passengers. Whether it's upcoming turbulence or a delay, they tend to keep everyone in the loop. That doesn't make the delays or any mishaps better but at least you understand where it's coming from.

The kids were covered in padding, so it's not like they were in any real danger. The shops are nice- good for travelers, and people who are commuting on the trains. Sleek marble surfaces and chrome are the decor here, so it looks nice. It feels safe here. There's plenty of things going on around here- a bus station and a big library are next door. The station has a bunch of subway lines that come/go from here. They have a little model train that is supposed to go around on a track past miniature rural scenes. However that wasn't working, and a full scale model train that wasn't working either. Out in front of the station, tacos and other street foods are sold for ridiculously cheap prices. On the side of the station is the Plaza of the Americas- a nice open place to hang.

This was by far the most frustrating and disappointing experience I've ever had with an airline. The customer service team at LAX was incredibly unhelpful and left me feeling completely unheard. I had been looking forward to spending quality time with my mother in Mexico, accompanied by my two daughters, for months. This trip meant so much to me, and I had carefully planned every detail. When I arrived to check in, I was informed that I needed a notarized letter for my 13-year-old daughter. Despite having her passport and being her parent, I had never been asked for such documentation by any other airline. I was told that I could not check in without this letter. In a frantic attempt to resolve the issue, I called multiple notary services and was fortunate enough to find a mobile notary who rushed to LAX with my husband. However, the situation took a worse turn when I was not informed that the check-in area would be closing at 7:30 AM, an hour before my flight at 8:30 AM. When I explained that I was in the process of obtaining the letter and had TSA pre-check to expedite security, the agent dismissed me and said nothing could be done. They closed the check-in area as scheduled, leaving me stranded. I paid an additional $150 for the notarized letter and was told by the airline that I should call customer service for flight rebooking. Unfortunately, when I contacted customer service, they refused to help, denied me a refund, and insisted I had to write a formal letter to request any assistance. This entire ordeal was completely disheartening. It left my daughters confused and distressed, and it ruined our New Year's celebration and family plans. To make matters worse, I have sent two emails to customer service and have yet to receive a response. This experience was beyond frustrating and has left me deeply disappointed in the level of service provided. I am still awaiting a resolution and hope to hear from someone soon. We used Viva Aerobus to transport our cats from Colombia to Chicago. On the trip to Chicago, we had to receive the cats at the cargo section of the airport after midnight. Before the offices closed, we went to confirm that the location our Pet Services representative told us was correct and to talk with someone at the office to confirm that someone would be there to release the cats. Everything was confirmed. At the time of arrival, an employee, Julio, was there to greet us. He left to receive the cats, but did not return until 4 in the morning- all the while we were sitting in a parking lot in the wee-hours of the morning. He claimed that no one would surrender the cats to him due to lack of paperwork (which was not true- our broker turned everything in). We went back to our hotel room after Julio told us we should come back at 8am when the office opened. At 6am, the cats' Airtags marked them BACK in Mexico- they had arrived to Chicago but then sent back to Mexico. Had it not been for the Airtags, no one would have known where the cats had gone! No one was at the airport in MX to receive them again. It took hours for anyone to confirm that they were in Mexico. No one would take responsibility for the mistake- and the story Julio told us about the paperwork wasn't true as the cats would have already been returning to Mexico by the time we spoke with him. The cats returned to Chicago, 24 hours later and due to my diligence at the office all day, the workers at the office, Julio and Luis, made sure the cats were successfully released to me upon arrival. Due to this grave mistake, we needed to stay an extra night in Chicago, spend more money on food and lodging than expected. The cats were in terrible shape- they were extremely distraught and full of their own urine and fecal matter. The airline has not responded for any of the extra charges we assumed due to their error, nor to the toll their error had on our pets that were entrusted to their care. read more

Aerolineas Airline's hotline customer service phone number for the USA is 1_888_8.89_71.O3™. For immediate assistance with new reservations, ticket Changes, Cancellations and other travel-concerns!!!. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Took two guided tours with this company. Service was good. People were nice…read more Tour of the Xochomilco floating gardens is a nightmare. Not recommended by me. The place is basically a dirty swamp surrounded by a impoverished barrio. The narrow waterway is clogged with way too many boats. Not enjoyable. Tour of the Teotihuacan pyramids was vastly more enjoyable. Tour guide was a well educated senior citizen who had a generous sense of humor. His English pronunciation was middling (my gringa wife who speaks no Spanish sometimes had difficulty understanding him), I found him to be entertaining if a bit cantankerous. Hotel pick-up and end of tour drop-off. Vans were 11 seat. Not luxurious, but the air conditioning worked and the drivers were sensible and law abiding. I would use this tour company again for a different tour. I scanned the ESTUR pamphlet. Take a look.

The tour includes the transportation, tour guide (speaks both English and Spanish) and admission. My biggest issue is that because I don't speak Spanish, getting around is not easy. Also leaving the city, would be not very ideal for me. The sun and moon is located about 1.5 hrs away from Mexico City. We can walk with the tour guide or go on our own when at the site. Tour lasted about 8 hrs I have to say, I had a great time that I ended up joining the Mexico City tour on Sunday. So the Mexico City tour cost 700 MXN and lasted about 4 hrs. They take you to the old city of mexico and also the Museum of Anthropology. Again the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I have to say this tour is less popular compared to the Sun and Moon tour. But again you could do the Mexico City tour on your own, if you are comfortable. But I prefer someone telling me about the history. Pretty awesome.
