Probably one of the top three massages I've ever had. The building is very nondecript, you could walk right by it and not know what it was, and the interior isn't exactly the best (you can hear the traffic while you're in the massage room), but the massage itself was amazing. Sometimes you go to places and it feels like the masseuse just doesn't care and wants to get it over with - this isn't one of them. For the first time ever, I felt like the one-hour massage was longer than it actually was (in a good way of course). They have a shower too, so if you're worried about walking around all oily afterward you can wash up there. A few things that I was not used to (this was my first massage in Brazil, so I'm comparing it to the ones in the U.S.): - Stripped down in the room while the masseuse was there (he held the sheet up to not see) - No music in the room. This actually was probably a good thing - sometimes that music is annoying, and I think with the silence you can focus on the massage. I will definitely go back. read more

I had a very nice experience at the spa. The front desk speaks English, so I was able to easily book an appointment. The receptionist and masseuse were both polite and kind. The spa is on the small side, but clean and nicely decorated. The massage itself was very nice. I had a deep tissue and she really got in there! Overall, this was a great experience. read more
