The Vivid Candi team in Malibu are awesome! They built our website and handle any and all issues that arise with it. When we were hacked and had our entire system bogged down by viruses, they fixed it. When one of our office admins accidentally activated the "kiss of death" and upgraded Wordpress, they fixed it. Any issues that ever come up on our end, they handle it quickly and efficiently. I've received multi-paragraphed messages from Chris detailing the issues we're experiencing and why. I've been copied on emails with people he outsources for additional help, which is awesome, because it keeps us in the loop and it keeps everything transparent. We successfully completed a major project with Vivid Candi that included design services, print production, direct mail and social media. After our initial meeting Chris and his team provided us with budgets and timetables for delivery and throughout the project they met both. One of our major print projects was impacted when there was a power outage at the printer's facility. Armando quickly got the job into the hands of another printer, turned the job around overnight and personally delivered the materials we needed when we needed them. You can't ask for more than that. On the social media front they did an outstanding job. Once we identified our message they designed the social media campaign, and successfully delivered it to our target audience. Good hearts/ intentions but very bad skills and completely unable to meet deadlines. They completely closed their office for nearly 2 weeks for the holidays, even though my project was incomplete and they had missed the deadline. Even worse, literally every single one of my web pages, for all modern phones, computers and laptops alike, were completely misaligned. It looked so embarrassing. Buttons did not work. The e-commerce functionality completely failed. I had to have another developer take charge of my project, as Vivid Candi just wouldn't be able to get the job done. I wish them the best-but I just never want to do business with them, very inexperienced and disorganized. I hope they learn from their mistakes, as they are good people.
