I believe theres different ways of doing it. the lady uses a whitening pen. you go under the light 3 times. 20 minutes each. experience is comfortable and relaxing. worker just talks the minimum. not too friendly or personable. there is a parking lot but when i came theres only like 2 open spots. Each time, Richard and his team were so understanding and accommodating. They never made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them (and they're usually fully booked, especially on weekends). Received a text basically telling me to change my review on Yelp. Here's what happened; Called (using my Moms cell because Verizon) on a Thursday and was told they were completely booked Friday and Saturday due to a wedding party. I said "Okay then what day may I schedule an appointment?" They told me any day. So I told them ok what about Sunday? They asked me what time, 11:00 am. I made sure to tell them I had absolutely no service at my apartment complex (because T-Mobile), so I gave them my email me, which is the best possible way to reach me. Do not text me; do not try to call me. You may iMessage me, or email me. I gave them my email address, repeated the appointment because I well know, dentist offices( or anywhere within that range is never open on Sunday's) and they said ok. Sunday comes, I drive straight to the address given and I try to open the door annnnnnd it's closed. Irritated, I wrote my previous review. Then I get a 2 TEXT MESSAGES. YES 2 TEXTS from the office, no phone call but a TEXTS. One apparently coming from that morning at 6:00 am, (I had work so that's why my phone was working) *SHOWN* and another that moment. *SHOWN* (I'm not a person who texts very often believe it or not. They're telling me that MIRACULOUSLY my appointment was rescheduled... I REPEAT... RESCHEDULED. Not scheduled but rescheduled. So they knew my appointment was on Sunday. So my rescheduled appointment was on a Monday at 9:00 am BEFORE they even opened. So I felt like it was a rushed job. Since I had this situation happen to me, they gave me a special of 50% off so my whitening was only $50. I feel like I got the shit end of the stick because there's so many good reviews about this place, I'm not telling you to not come here, it was comfortable, there was a movie to watch, but I thought it was a dentist office, but it's literally a massage chair, a TV and the whitening comes from a tube. I did however get sensitivity for the next 24-30 hours and it was a pain. But the next day wasn't so bad. I myself couldn't tell a difference but my friends say that they look whiter. Then today they texted me the following *SHOWN* So what I personally got from it was to change my review since they gave me such greaaaaaaaat service and it was my fault that I came Sunday...? Yeah I'm ticked off. The funniest part is, is that they called my mother back after I TEXTED them my rescheduled appointment to confirm, and my mom (being a mom) asked them why they couldn't do my appointment on Sunday. They told her that I didn't understand them and that I couldn't speak English well. So it was my fault that SUNDAY & MONDAY are words that I didn't enunciate well enough, AFTER they rescheduled my appointment and AFTER they TEXTED me that they couldn't come to my original appointment. Telling me that they had my "original appointment" scheduled on two devices. Judging by the texts, they can't speak English well but well enough. I'll just go to a regular dentist or maybe even stick it out with white strips BECAUSE the sensitivity is deadly. So my advice to you folks, make sure you speak good enough English and have good cell service 24/7. -1 Star because of my appointment rescheduling issue -1 Star because It was apparently my fault -1 Star because they have the audacity to basically tell me to edit my original review. DISCLAIMER I'm not saying to not come here, I was comfortable, but I can't tell a difference. I'm glad I didn't have to pay the full price. This place is a hidden gem! While searching for different teeth whitening places, I came across VividBrite. What caught my eye was the $99 deal for a 1 hour whitening session that includes an at home whitening kit! This was comparable to many Groupon deals for Zoom, but I trusted the other user reviews and came here! The office is very clean and cozy. On top of that Lauren is great! She explained the whole procedure, was very gentle, and was very honest about my progress and results. (Other places sometimes stretch your results or claim there will be no pain, etc). COMPLETELY painless for me, and I have very hot/cold sensitive teeth. She constantly checks to make sure you're doing ok and does a great job with the whole process! My teeth were a little white to begin with but I wanted that SUPER white, Hollywood smile, and I got it! (Still probably need to get some touch ups to maintain, but I am very surprised and satisfied!) I believe I started off at 1.5 and moved to a 0! I do have some calcium deposits visible, but that is a result of my own teeth from when I had braces a few years back. Now the cherry on top of my visit is the stamp card! Along with the deal I purchased, they give you a stamp card for each time you come back and get a touch up ($20/20mins) Your 6th touch up is FREE! This stamp card is valid for 2 years. Most procedures like Zoom give u a touch up pen and that's it. At VividBrite you get the card AND the touch up pen! Not sure how long this deal will last, but I highly recommend this place!
