Mind you, this was the week before our date. Kyle reached out via Yelp messages after I started a "project." From the get-go, he was very responsive, informative, and honest. His prices were very competitive, yet affordable. We sent him some inspiration of what we were looking for, and he was quite honest about whether or not he could capture/edit to our liking. We were hesitant at first, since he didn't have many reviews yet, but his website showed amazing work and he had excellent customer service thus far. We decided to move forward. Fast forward to our day, he was flexible with our time. He gave us a full hour from a time that technically wasn't what we originally agreed upon, but I'm so glad he was able to accomodate us!! He was able to help us get all the pictures we wanted. He guided us through the session, while we also guided him. It was a great team effort. We had quite a bit of family and friends there too and he helped us get those photos. He gave us sneak peeks literally the next morning; and asked us about what we liked/didn't like and then asked about editing styles (since we provided references prior). He gave us a google drive link within a few days of all our edited photos! He originally quoted us for providing a certain number of pictures, but he ended up providing that, and then some!! He then had us choose a few of our favorite pictures for highly edited photos for us to use in the future for printing/etc. He has so much to offer beyond photography, so make sure to ask about those excellent services!
