The waitress helped me find the perfect cut of meat after I described what I was looking for and she even threw it back on the grill when I wanted the middle a little more well-done. The beers that you were serving that night were so epic that we still relish them and wish they could be bottled, exported or delivered right to our door, though we understand now thanks to your great explanation that they can't. They would not be as epic. One was a heavenly liquor of the gods, with a malty, sweet, balanced character that warmed the heart with its 7.5% alcohol. With a great view from the terrace we overlooked Valparaiso and the ocean, while eating a delicious tuna/avocado/tomato sandwich, freshly cooked pasta with spinach, and a tuna salad.
