I don't know about you, but I have been let down by many a copier, so even though Diliman is a bit of a distance away, I get the job done at UP, not questions asked. Sure, there are many other copy centers in the area, but you will remember Blessings because they've somewhat taken over the whole Shopping Center, taking the space of a lot of stalls along the whole area, all just making copies. Well, okay, they also do all sorts of binding and printing. A couple of their stores do nice photo prints for posters and such, which is something to look out for. And they seriously have their job down pat. I cannot imagine keeping track of all those pages of books and counting numbers of copies and inhaling all that toner. There's nothing like the smell of fresh, hot photocopies, mind you, but what they do is no joke. These people have the Blessings name to uphold.

We will not proceed if you did not agree nor approve the sample print out. We make sure that we deliver a service to your satisfaction" -We approved 1 out of 3 samples. There were remaining samples that needs our approval. No, you didn't make sure to deliver to our satisfaction. The scattered dotted blue ink on our paper wasn't satisfying. We can't wait for your machine to be fixed. RedPrintz: "We even suggested that you drop by our store in the afternoon for another sample print of your edited file version to be printed to your liking." -We kept on calling how things are going but you are unresponsive, since there was a problem with 1 page of the sample, we approved it because it turned out nicer than expected. Note that THIS IS THE ONLY SAMPLE WE APPROVED and the remaining must be still sampled and approved by us, but we paid UPFRONT for the service because we trust Redprintz prior to this experience. We left the shop to edit the file they pointed out as a "problem". So we communicated online, sent the revised, and asked for the remaining samples that need ANOTHER APPROVAL from us. Samples were printed in the same discolored output. FIRST IN QUALITY? joke of the year. We can't approve the samples because it contains crucial information. Not only it is discolored it had these blue dotted inks scattered all over the paper, is this our problem? Am I the one who operated the machine? We didn't approve for that scattered blue ink it is clearly a machine error your ERROR. RedPrintz: We were very transparent from the very beginning. And you posted this on our page with Your accusation of "dishonesty"? RedPrintz: Prices are affected by the number of prints we produce the bigger the volume the lower the costs. Since we printed only a few copies prices will be reverted back to retail price. -PRICES WERE NOT DISCLOSED AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE DEAL. You have given us the discounted price without our prior knowledge. Prices weren't clearly posted so how would we know? RedPrintz: By the way, we do not understand why you posted a very condesending review on our page after our verbal and personal settlement of this matter. What is your motive for doing this now? -What we experienced was condescending. RedPrintz kept saying to understand them they put in some effort, yeah we appreciate it but that's how it works when you offer service right? Ironically your tagline says, "FIRST IN QUALITY, FIRST IN SERVICE" yet it seems to both fail. We seek your expertise, and your help because things weren't easy for us, and what we received was utter disappointment. We felt scammed. RedPrintz:"This IS the FRIST time we received and experienced such a review." -This is also the first time we are writing a review like this. This isn't the RedPrintz I knew way back in 2019. the employee was much nicer to us and carried "FIRST IN QUALITY, FIRST IN SERVICE" I hope you reflect on the tagline and re-assess your business's core values. I have always been amazed by how photocopying Ate's and Kuya's do their job with such efficiency and speed--photocopying is definitely a skill! There was a time when I had to photocopy and bind a whole hardbound book from cover to cover that has about 700 pages (only 50 cents per page). I was able to get it in less than two days and I was more than happy with the finish product that they gave me. I didn't expect that they could do very good copy of the book; it even looked neater than the original copy (because some of the pages are already ripped). I was even surprised to see how they were able to fix the original copy of the book that I gave them without me even asking them to fix it. I appreciated so much the malasakit that they always initiate with students and other customers.

It's also a business center that does printing, typing and book binding, among its many services. Think of CaChe as a miniature version of National Bookstore. Since there's a large population of students as well as work from home ladies and gents in Better Living, the need for a store like this one along Dona Soledad has become urgent. There is a National Bookstore at SM Bicutan, but it can be a hassle going there at times. At least with CaChe, you have a neighborhood store that has just about everything you may need to get school and/or office work done. It's a most welcome part of the community.

It's like a small-scale version of National Bookstore's school supplies combined with Office Warehouse's items. It's totally a one-stop shop for simple and last-minute 'emergencies' such as running out of staple wire, to "I'm too lazy to actually head to the mall to get glitters" type of situations.

The shop offers large-format copying and printing as well. Most photo stores found in malls have a cut-off size in printing photographs (the largest printing size they usually offer would be short-bond paper sized or around 8.5 x 11 inches) but Mackim Printing can accommodate very large-sized prints, almost tarp-sized. For the architects and engineers out there, they also have a big copying machine that can copy or print out large-scale architectural plans. They also offer book-binding services available in varying sizes, create calling cards and even have an in-house design team that can help you out with your minimal design needs. Personally, I think the cost for their services is very affordable and the quality of printing is also quite good. Though make sure not to get too nitpicky about the kinds of paper stock available as there are only limited choices.
