Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. AND they moved a fireproof safe by hand, with sheet strength and a good knowledge of physics. The cherry on top is the value - super-fair, plus a discount for booking through Yelp. Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They promised minimum four movers and a 28 foot…read moretrailer which I said was too small to begin with. They showed up with two guys and a driver, with a 20 foot trailer. No experience in stacking to utilize the space properly. This caused multiple wasted trips. But they don't care, they're paid by the hour. Watch out for additional surprise charges and fees, such as, they want to charge you extra for using their moving blankets, extra charge for shrinkwrapping, extra charge for fuel surcharge, they start their time when they leave their warehouse. Somehow it took them an hour extra to drive from Paris to Tigertown, less than 20 miles. Insurance on your items is an extra $90 per item. If you are in Paris I recommend using Whiz moving. Those guys will run circles around this company. I would've used them again, but they were booked up and this move was on short notice.
