Foreigner unfriendly shop. First I couldn't get my subscription because I didn't have my Passport with me. A Belgian identity card wasn't valid enough. Fine! No problem. When I got my subscription, 1 of the 2 numbers didn't work. No problem, they cancelled the one and gave me a new one. After 2 days the cancelled one started functioning. They cancelled the first number. Got that back activated and now I have 3 numbers. Ok, no problem. I get messages on the cancelled one, that I need to pay my bill, but I have no bill to pay. When I got back to the shop to help me understand why I got these messages, when I don't have a bill to be paid, the guy asked me for my Passport ( as a valid identification) I showed him my identity card, drivers license, name on my bank card, my Vodaphone app with my 3 numbers. But No way he and his colleagues didn't want to help. Luckily the shop around the corner was willing to help.
