Als Neukunde wurde ich sehr nett behandelt. Als mir die gemauschelte Vertragskonstruktion dann Anfing um die Ohren zu fliegen, war die Hilfsbereitschaft sehr gering. Ich wurde abgewimmelt und bei jedem Problem an Vodafone verwiesen. Scheint ein Shop zu sein der nur auf schnelle Akquise aber keine Betreuung und Kundenbindung aus ist. read more

Der Laden ist super, die haben mir meinen Tarif optimiert so das ich jetzt sparen kann. Ich konnte direkt mein neues Handy mitnehmen und die haben mir sofort meine e-mailadresse eingerichtet. Echt super und freundlich, kann ich nur empfehlen. read more
