The staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating -- truly on par with what I've experienced at the Waldorf in Rome and Amsterdam, and in some ways, even better. Our room was on the smaller side (a standard room), but it was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were just right. What really set this stay apart was the attentiveness and warmth of the staff -- they made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, tucked into a lovely part of Valencia with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. When I return to Valencia, this will be one of the first hotels I check for availability. Highly recommended.

Chiara literally told me it was my fault for not knowing the prices, even though they required a document to fill out for the laundry, because I didn't do it, they filled it out for me and charged me a ridiculous amount. Meanwhile as I'm arguing the charges, there's an older couple next to me that is arguing that they booked a room with a balcony, Chiara said to them that not all rooms have a balcony and even though it has a picture on the reservation doesn't mean they will get the room they want. This place will deceive you and cheat you out of money. Don't go.

Not only did that happen but it exceeded all our expectations. Luis was our tour guide and as it turned out my wife and I were the only ones on the tour! We got fitted for our bikes and off we went with Luis who actually tailored our adventure to things we wanted to see. As a lifelong Valencia resident he was full of in depth knowledge, gave us so much perspective and made the ride one of the highlights of our entire stay in Spain. We learned so much history, how and why paella came to be born in Valencia, and how they redirected an entire river and made the bed into an 8 mile long park! Highly recommend booking with them. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of. We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general. When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Internet got cut off without letting us know anything and eventhought they claim to take care of everything they just would give us a number of a technician. They seem to have the right to also touch your stuff. The literally took all my personal belongings and moved them from one appartment to an other without letting me know anything or even without asking. If you're looking for a room, just check some facebookgroups or other sites. It's not worth it to be treated as a number. Ze hebben mooie kamers en een deftige site. Maar daar blijft het dan ook bij. Ze vragen veel hogere prijzen dan de rest van de markt en eens je contract getekend hebt dan mag je vergeten dat ze u nog vriendelijk behandelen. Apartments are definitely excessively expensive, and moreover be careful: do not be fooled by the pictures (I'm talking for the ones who think to rent the flat via web)!! PHOTOS ARE THE ONLY THINGS THAT THEY CAN DO WELL!! They also rely on a maintenance service that is incompetent and unreliable. Having back the deposit is a struggle...They take about two months (yes, 2 months, you read it right) and in my case they also made a number of errors in the calculation of the bills, oddly pushing up my final bill. I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU ADVICE: LOOKING FOR AN HOME ALONE IN VALENCIA IS VERY EASY. IT'S FULL OF AVAILABLE ROOMS/FLATS AT A LOW PRICES, YOU CAN MAKE GREAT DEALS AND SAVE A LOT OF MONEY THAT YOU CAN USE TO PARTY HARD!! ;) enjoy your erasmus/vacation guys/girls bye
