Particularly in the final stages as I prepped for the OR, I had felt like the staff had prepared me thoroughly, as well as my rides I had waiting on me (they offered to take numbers, fax prescriptions, expectations), which goes a long way when you feel vulnerable. After my procedure on the next morning appointment, I felt well taken care of as well. Overall the staff was very helpful, and from beginning to end accommodated my busy schedule , and made me feel like they all reviewed my file and knew me (made it customized). Honestly, best money ever spent, my prescription was HUGE! Go for it!

I booked laser eye surgery with LASIK several months ago for my husband for our 15th wedding anniversary. We live an 8-hour drive away from the clinic, so it required extensive planning for us. We had to book accommodations for a week, book time off work, and we made other appointments to coincide with our time in the city so as to make our time worthwhile. We had all our plans arranged and then, boom, about a month ago, the clinic calls and tells us the doctor won't be in the clinic for our appointment. No explanations; very curtly expressed. We are left with no choice but to reschedule for the previous week. We had to rearrange our entire schedule: cancel some of our nights' accommodations, book extra nights at a different location, change our days off work, extend our timeframe, etc... Then, today, just shy of a week before we are set to leave for the city, they call AGAIN and tell us AGAIN that the doctor won't be in the clinic and the surgery cannot go ahead for the date we had planned. As before, there are no explanations offered, only a completely useless offer to reschedule for another date. So unprofessional! And this was done with their complete knowledge of the distance we were travelling for this surgery. Now, we are obliged to still make the 8-hour road trip to the city because of our other, less important, appointments and our non-refundable accommodations. However, our main reason all along for traveling there was for the laser eye surgery. We are completely shocked at the unreliability of this doctor and this clinic; we will NOT be doing any more business with them. We will be booking elsewhere in the future. If you are looking to travel from far outside of town to make a special trip to go to LASIK, all I can say is: BEWARE!!
