It didn't cost the earth and I went back to work with my car fixed and MOT'd for another year! It was really good that I could book online and have an alloted space. One thing to beware of is the slippery floor just outside the door to reception - if you have flat soled shoes on, you might fall - and that's not a great thing to do in front of a bunch of guys!

I then found my car's service book and I took it with my copy of the bills for this garage to update it with their stamp as evidence of proper servicing. Refusing to pay main dealer prices (£50+ an hour!) I popped in here and the guy was so friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. Nothing was too much trouble and on this occasion, I didn't get charged. (I gave him a box of chocs to say thank you!) They advertise to be cheaper than main dealers and i can believe it - they genuinely are there because they enjoy working on cars and helping people - they're not there to rip people off. Speaking to the guy there today, he said that they only use genuine parts - and they get them directly from the main dealers so you know that your repairs are being done with quality stock (but at a much cheaper price!!) If you have an Audi, VW or Seat and need a repair done on your car, definitely try here - and if your car is a different make, I bet they would still be competitive!
