I brought my car here for routine service. The staff was thorough, professional, explanatory, clear about the charges, and they even cleaned my car. I dropped off first thing Saturday morning when they opened at 9 AM and had my car back around 1 in the afternoon. Unlike in the States when you just drop your car off for service in leave, the staff brought me into an office to go over what I wanted and offered me a coffee, as if I were buying a car and not having a car serviced. Between leaving the office and returning to pick up, they called at one point to recommend replacing the battery and broke down the costs. They also showed me the old parts and asked if I wanted to keep them or have them thrown out.
I highly recommend this place. I was also blown away by them taking the time to not only inspect the vehicle with me, but also their care in putting a seat cover over the driver's seat, as well as plastic wrap all over the steering wheel, shifter, door handle and emergency brake handle. read more
