Our heavy duty truck needed an emergency repair after it incurred damage on the freeway . Pulling a 43 foot trailer with dogs and a child in tow made it stressful! George fabricated a repair of a part that is no longer available , got all of the parts and had us back on the road in about 24 hours! Despite no appointment and his busy schedule he got us going for a fair price! He even made room for the trailer so it would be safe . Kim communicated every step of the way! She let me and the dogs wait in the office and made sure everything was flowing smoothly!! For hours !! and made me feel welcome. I would recommend regular service and major repairs of heavy trucks to use this company ! Veteran owned is a bonus for me.

Mason Saw has had my weed whip for 5 weeks for repair. They called me 7 days ago and said they had…read morereceived the part (after almost a month) and said it would be ready in 'a few days'. I followed up again today to be told that it still wasn't ready and would be ready "maybe" today. I wouldn't recommend this company because of the long repair times and especially because of very poor communication. They don't meet their own set deadlines without explanation. It's frustrating to chase after a business to finish work they agreed to do and that have the high costs that Mason Saw charges. And a friend of mine says they have had his mower for almost 2 months and he can't get a legit time frame from them.
