As an American…read morecitizen living in Hamburg, this place more than satisfies my craving for good quality iced coffee and other espresso beverages. This location has lots of space, both inside and out, for people to do work, meet friends, or just enjoy the afternoon. I have been a few times and have tried a few drinks. I highly recommend any of their iced lattes, and their chai blend is heavenly. Their sweet treats have all tasted great so far, and I plan to try some of their other food options (wraps or pretzels) soon. I did have one negative experience here, hence the 4 stars (and I find their prices a little high). One morning I tried to order an iced schoko latte. At first the lady made me what I thought was a hot schoko latte, so I told her it was supposed to be iced. She then put this drink on ice in a paper to-go cup, which was an odd choice since I was planning on sitting in the cafe to drink my drink (though she never asked me if it was for there or to-go). I accepted the drink and tasted it, only to discover it was a regular cafe au lait. I then explained it was supposed to have chocolate, so she just added chocolate to it and kind of mixed it all together, then handed it back to me. I drank it because I needed coffee and was frustrated beyond dealing more with the situation, but the latte was not good. The chocolate had all fallen to the bottom and the cup slowly deteriorated while I was trying to drink the drink, making it hard to pick up and enjoy. I would have preferred her to remake the entire drink, but decided to leave it be due to being frustrated and not wanting to hold the line. Besides this one bad morning, every other experience here has been great. Just make sure they understand what you are asking for before they start to make it I guess.
