This is a outlet in a chain and when I was there at 6:30am for a coffee and sandwich, they were being provisioned by a big truck, no different than Starbucks (just better and cheaper). Located in an easily accessible strip mall with ample parking and visibility from the street. All the local construction workers were popping in for a sandwich & coffee to go. I could see they were taking advantage of the great parking with their heavy equipment vehicles

It seems a very local spot as I was stared out of it when I came in being a stranger. Ill definitely be back if Im in the area.
