We walked into the store and looked around for an employee and saw no one. We were trying to use the restroom, but it was closed, so we left without buying anything. As we were getting back in the car, an employee came running outside and asked if we needed anything. We said "No, we're good," and left. A few minutes later, while we were at another gas station, my girlfriend realized her phone was missing. We checked the car really well and then came back to your store because it was one of the last places we had been. This was at 11:56pm, we had only gone to the Oncue about a block away. When my crying distraught girlfriend asked the employee if anyone had found or turned in a phone, he said "Even if I did find it I wouldn't tell you because you guys ran out with a bag of stuff." That was completely false. We did not steal anything from the store. We just came in, found out the restroom was closed, and left. Deciding to give my gas money to a business with an open bathroom. Being accused of theft while we were just trying to find her phone was really ridiculous, especially since she was already upset about losing it. I expect the store to review these interactions and the security footage from that night as I'd like to know if a phone has been picked up by this accusing employee. Until this last time I went there and the machine put a four foot scratch along the drivers side. When I brought it to the attention of the guy inside, he tried to tell me I was lying! I just bought the car and knew that scratch wasn't there! It HAD to be done by their machine, since it was a straight line scratch that only a machine could do. He told me to give them my name and number and the owner would call me, which he never did. I would NOT go back and I suggest you not go there either, unless you don't mind getting your car scratched all to hell!
