I hate leaving negative reviews, which is why I wanted to come back and update mine after this situation was resolved. I recently booked an acrylic removal, gel manicure, and pedicure here. Unfortunately, my appointment was very disappointing. During this 3+ hours, I had a number of issues, including the drill bit repeatedly hitting my natural nail and skin, wrong shape, and during the service both of my toes were injured while the technician was cleaning around the nails. I left the salon feeling hurt, frustrated, and unheard. Because of that experience, I posted a detailed review outlining my concerns. What happened afterward is why I'm updating this review. After seeing my feedback, Ruby, the owner, took the time to investigate the situation more thoroughly. She spoke directly with the technician, reviewed what had occurred, acknowledged that our initial phone conversation took place before she had all of the information, and reached out with an apology. Most importantly, she accepted responsibility as the owner, addressed the matter internally, and provided a full refund for my visit. I understand that mistakes happen. No business is perfect. What matters most to me is how concerns are handled when something goes wrong. My original experience remains, and the issues I described did occur. However, I also believe in giving credit when it is earned. Ruby ultimately listened, took accountability, and worked toward a resolution that I felt was fair. My pedicure was done very quickly and messy I know I came in at 7 they close at 8 but I was expecting more I kinda want to go in and get my money back or at least a proper pedicure. I tried this spot cuz it was open late... the girl was super sweet but she was very unprofessional... I get you want to talk on the phone and work at the same time but your work showed for it... I'm going to try to reach out to management tomorrow so disappointed I don't even spend this much at my regular salon and I got this awful job I only get pedis once a month. We're leaving at 8:30 after only receiving 1 pedicure of the 4 booked services. I don't get my nails done very often, but I got them done for my college graduation and Tiffany made me feel so comfortable and was so kind. i don't recommend. i called ahead to confirm it was okay i came in, they then had me wait for 30 mins. once the girl came i told her i wanted the classic gel pedicure which is listed for 55$. somehow my total ended up being 71$. i did do french which the girl says is the extra 16$ add on because of the base color under the french + the french. please keep in mind i had to correct her multiple times in doing the french nail as she made the lines super thick. will not be back, staff is not welcoming & lacks communication. there's no way for a basic pedicure with tip i paid 81$. id rather going to cosmetology school and pay 20$ if im not going to get a decent pedicure anyways. disappointed because i recently moved to the area and this was the closest salon to me. i'd rather drive back up to skye canyon to get my toes done. read more

I took my daughter for a gel manicure and regular pedicure on Tuesday. Everything turned out beautiful, but her nails were chipping by Friday. Came at 7:45 pm. At first, I was happy and satisfied with how she did my pedicure. Then, while doing my manicure, her husband came and she seemed to be in a rush. I pointed out the uneven polish and missing spots, but she seemed to brush it off. After she finished my polish, she asked me to hold the small fan for my nails. Been here twice before and it was fine. Today I called and asked if they had availability for 3 pedicures in 30 minutes. I was told to come on in. Flash forward we get here and now I've been sitting with my feet soaking for 54 minutes... my mom and brother are being worked on and I'm still sitting here... now I won't come back. Unacceptable as I called ahead! They should've said no availability and I would have gone somewhere else. Update: after an hour and 15 mins I called it quits. Few mins after getting out of the chair, the owner came up to me and gave me a gift certificate for a free pedicure in the future. While I really appreciated the gesture (as it was appropriate). I think that the biggest downfall was that after my brother's pedicure was done the lady that was helping him went to a client that had just walked in instead of coming over to me who had been waiting. Extremely disappointed with what I got and to top it off they charge $55 for fill in???? $55 like seriously, I get full set nails for $55 but they told me just the fill was $55, I had to wait for a few mins until I was taken in, I understand I didn't make an appointment because Iam not from here, I was a walk in. After waiting for a few mins I was moved to the chair to get started, the lady that started my nail seemed like she knew about nails and after a few mins I was told someone else will be taking over. The lady that took over did not speak English, I didn't mind because i thought maybe she is good with nails. It took her literally an hour to get my nail shape right, she kept filing to a point my fingers started hurting, when she was using the buffer machine I had to pull back a few times because my cuticles were painful. Iam not the confrontation type of person or someone who would start arguing over things like this but if you charge customers so much money please have professionals who are trained and know what they are doing. I wasted my hard earned money on nails I do not like and didn't have the time to get it fixed because I was in there for almost 2 hours. I used to love this place bevause the owner didn't make me feel embarrassed or out of place. I mentioned this to the nude owner and they said that they would take care of me well. I'm really uncomfortable in salons because I go infrequently. I was late, which of course is rude, but they assured me that this was fine and to still come in. I asked multiple times if it was fine. I had been going to my last salon for two and a half years, but the quality has gone downhill and I found myself disappointed on numerous occasions. I hate giving bad reviews but this place was just bad. I wanted a full set gel acrylic and the guy got the shape right but one nail chipped the next day so i went back in and he fixed it. Okay, thats fine it was just one nail but then another day goes by and two other nails chip. Then a week goes by and my nails are lifting and the polish is just peeling off as if its a sticker on the acrylic. The products they use must be bad quality in my opinion or why else would my nails peel off after a day or two. My regular nail tech at a diff salon moved so i gave this place a try but will not be returning. I cant keep going in for them to fix it. Sucks because they were so nice but the quality of the work just wasn't worth it. read more
