We purchased the vuly max 2.1 C3 for our 2yr old. Once setting up we had the seesaw, nest swing and baby/toddler swing, amazing quality materials which will last a long time. Great that the cubby set is mesh on the bottom so if it gets wet with rain or the sprinklers it dries quickly. Only downside is the colour black for the cubby set so it does get quite warm inside with doors closed on hot days. We have had a few issues with missing packages in the mail and missing items from the warehouse but the team has rectified it straight away and have been easy to communicate with in a timely manner/ including on the live chat over the weekend. Overall very happy with an excited toddler that wants to play on it all the time! read more

I ordered the Quest 2.1 Treehouse on March 8, 2026, and didn't begin receiving packages for the playset until May 28, and the packages are still missing the fasteners, nuts and bolts and support ropes. Its unclear whether these were inadvertently left out of the packages or if there is still another package that is delayed because the delivery has been piecemeal. I have sent three (3) different requests to Vuly's online support team. I have also been on hold with their phone support for long periods and I have left my number without a Vuly representative ever calling me back. Very disappointed with my experience. read more

Original departure was May 8 (2 weeks after the order was placed). Then I got a notification that everyting was out of stock and now my date is pushed back to the 18th... Did everything I could to ensure that this would be installed before Christmas Day and even miraculously had a Christmas Eve install date set up but when we went to confirm that we had everything before the set up, we were missing one box. The boxes were shipped one by one over a period of three weeks so it was hard to keep track of what we had and what we didn't have. Customer service has not been helpful whatsoever and we don't even know when we can expect this last box so our kids have been told they have a playset coming and we cannot tell them when it will be done even though it was their main Christmas present. The work that went into hiding each 60 pound box as it came one by one in the weeks leading up to Christmas was all for nothing. Update on my earlier review: the trampoline had completed rusted out within 15-18 months of installation. The safety netting had also begun to perish, leaving large holes/tears in it. Looking back on initial review, my only positive was that the product APPEARED to be of high quality. It is not. I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from this company to pay close attention to our experience. We purchased the 360 Pro Max C3 swing set and spent nearly $2,800 on the set alone this does not include the additional cost of materials, labor, and installation. At over $6,000 invested, we expected a premium, safe, and reliable product. Unfortunately, the swing set we received has presented serious safety and stability concerns, including noticeable swaying and other structural issues. We reached out to Vuly Support immediately, provided detailed photos and videos, and waited four days for a response only to be asked for more of the same material we had already submitted. Despite clearly explaining the safety risks, we have been left in a prolonged "process" with no meaningful progress, no proposed solution, and what feels like unnecessary delays. At this point, we are simply requesting a fair resolution: either a replacement swing set that meets the safety standards promised, or a full refund. We want to believe this company stands behind its products and values its customers, and we are still hopeful they will do the right thing. I purchased the large swingset in March, paid extra for installation but upon inspection of the install, the playset was not assembled properly or safely. After months of back and forth, a senior tech finally came out and ordered all new replacement parts. A third tech was sent out to repair the playset and he gave up after several hours, leaving the playset unfinished and unsafe. I have asked multiple times for a refund from Vuly and have been told no and merely offered for yet another tech to come out to rectify the situation. I have given up at this point and finally had the playset hauled away today. 2k down the drain! Terrible company, terrible product and terrible customer service. This is hands down the most unprofessional, incompetent group we've ever dealt with. We bought a swingset from Vuly, who contracted the installer, and they've done absolutely nothing to fix the disaster. The so-called "professional" showed up clueless, dumped hundreds of parts all over our yard, and cobbled it together in a way that was flat-out unsafe. No cleanup, trash everywhere, and despite coming back six different times it's still not right. On top of the terrible service, the quality of the playset itself is absolute trash. Pieces were scratched right away, are already rusting, and it's clear the product is built cheap. The boxes they promised to haul away are still sitting there, and the icing on the cake was someone showing up at my daughter's house and yelling at her -- completely unacceptable. My niece wanted family members to give gift cards for her 3 boys birthdays and Christmas this year so she could get them a monkey bar/trampoline combo. I went to purchase the gift card and noticed they were adding tax. I was dumbfounded as it has never happened when purchasing other gift cards and I wasn't actually purchasing a product. I called their customer service line and explained the issue and the fact that they were essentially DOUBLE TAXING a single product (tax on cards AND when the product was purchased). Gentleman agreed it didn't seem right, would look into it and call me back. He called back and said there was no way to take the tax off and in fact was correct. I placed an order on August 22nd and I called to cancel it within the hour. We are more than 2 weeks past that date and I still have not received a refund. This is more than $2000. First they kept saying 5-7 business days then they extended it saying although I cancelled right away my refund wasn't approved until the 26th. Well here we are on September 4th without a refund. My son fell bad. Please people stay away. You can see the date on the email and still there is no reply back from them... Before ordering the place that I was in conversation with the company. I was on top of everything because I knew that my lawn wasn't perfectly leveled. I was told my lawn has an incline of 2 to 3% which is fine. Even when installers came I told them if anything is off please let me know. They told me nothing they fix the entire structure, now the screws are coming off the whole set is wobbly and my son fell really bad. Finally today a guy came to repair and he told me that it's a hazard and he would not even touch it because from the first place it's not been done in the right way. From instant swing seat to monkey bar nothing was fixed properly... Please don't trust them, they're just selling the sets the reason they are on sale. I'm truly disappointed. Not for sure where to begin. Such a bad experience with the company as a whole, after spending close to $3000. Not for sure if there is a management problem, but it goes all the way down to the warehouse. There were missing boxes, missing parts in the boxes, wrong accessories sent, being lied to...We have made 3 phone calls to get this all sorted out only to end up with more wrong boxes sent. Purchased one only to be hit with an additional 331 charge after paying 900 for an installation and told I can't install it on my own so basically the only option is to pay $331+900 but the 2600 or whatever the charge is for the items. Or just get a refund. I'm sorry but when take payment for all the above only to realize on the back end you may as a business sold something under what it needed to be you don't get to ask oh hey your still on the hoook for more money. Save yourself the money and headache. The 1st trampoline we got from them lasted only a few weeks before "springless bars" started snapping & I had to file the 1st warranty claim. They sent a new one saying it was a "manufacturer defect & super rare" and then had their people install for the hassle, and the same thing happened to the new one about 6 weeks in. This time they said their installer had installed it wrong, and would be in touch before Christmas (a few weeks away). I had to follow up multiple times over the next 6 weeks, they gave me the runaround on the replacement parts and ended up only sending a small amount of springs and basically said they weren't responsible any longer as we were outside of warranty. The design is poor to begin with and the lack of standing behind such an expensive trampoline is appalling- stick with the springs and if you want excellent service and a solid trampoline design go with West Coast Jump- they had our little bouncing again in 24 hours after this nightmare. read more

Our kids really enjoy the playset itself, but dealing with customer support has been a frustrating experience. At first, support seemed helpful, but things went downhill after family members purchased gift cards so we could expand the playset for our kids' birthday. The main issue is that the system only allows one gift card per transaction. We now have more gift cards than items the kids want, which makes it nearly impossible to use them efficiently. When I contacted customer service, I was told the cards needed to be verified to ensure they weren't fraudulent. I provided every piece of information requested--except the last four digits of the cards, which I felt was unnecessary. I asked why, if the cards were suspected of being fraudulent, they were still valid on the company's website. No one could answer. I also questioned why I could spend $3,000 on a playset without issue, yet to combine gift cards I'm forced to go through hoops and delays. Again, no clear explanation was given. This has been nothing but a headache, and once this issue is resolved, I do not plan on dealing with this company again. I ordered my childrens Christmas present over a month before Christmas and it took them over a week to send it then still didn't send it when they said they had and then it got lost and no one would take the time to follow it up, you can't contact the tracking company and the people on the phone at Vuly were utterly useless. Bought a Large Vuly Quest 2 Pro (outdoor play equipment) in November 2024 as a Christmas present for our kids. Most of the unit was delivered before Christmas, but due to safety recalls the flying fox was delayed until January. Vuly delivery/shipping notification process? 1 star. Got dozens of emails with different dates of "your item is preparing, your item has shipped, etc, etc". All had different numbers and we never knew for sure when it was actually coming. This was repeated with the late flying fox delivery, they definitely have IT/process issues here. Product Packaging? 1 star. Large number of seemingly randomly numbered/labelled boxes. Lots of plastic wrapping, styrofoam, etc. Not environmentally friendly at all. Product assembly? 1 star. None of the parts are labelled in any way (even with stickers), and they are spread throughout various boxes without an obvious pattern. A lot are very similar in appearance and you have to constantly refer to the manual to work out which part is which. These guys could learn a lot from Lego or Ikea. The paper assembly manual that comes with the product is hopeless, and you absolutely MUST watch the youtube videos that they email you after purchase - otherwise you will probably get very angry and frustrated (trust me on this) and the install will take way longer than expected. Because of poor marking/illustration in the manual (could easily be fixed with some colour, labelling, or emphasis) we mixed up two similar parts and had to partially disassemble the structure to correct the error. They quote an install time of about 2-3 hours, I think it took my friend and I (two adult males) about 6 hours including the re-work. There's very little give in any of the parts (particularly the fabric walls/ceiling), the finish of the parts is inconsistent (e.g. holes don't always align, and some parts have extra burrs that weren't removed prior to shipping) and I had to resort to using a wood file and trailer ratchet straps at a couple of steps to make things work. Oh and relevant note - NO SPARES. IF you misplace any screw, nut, bolt or other widget - you're out of luck. Fly Fox? 2 stars. It's so over-engineered for safety that there's no fun left. It's the most-expensive add-on for the Quest 2 Pro, and was the reason why we bought the Quest 2 Pro over the Ninja Quest 2 Pro, and it really REALLY SUCKS. Final Assembled Product? 4 stars. It's sturdy, and once you paint over all the metal-deep marks on the finish from assembly it shouldn't rust and should last for ages. But take it from me, pay for professional assembly (and make sure they dispose of the packaging) it will save your a lot of grief. read more

Our Vuly Thunder was a little time consuming to put together with having to alternate each spring installation, however the tool made it much easier in terms of the strength required. It's a great size (we got the L), and has provided hours of bouncing fun including games using the icons on the mat. I purchased a swing set with three different swings, the cubby with the sandbox below it, and the shade cover. This was a very disappointing purchase. When I unboxed it, I found that every single piece of black tubing had damage to the powder coating. The damage varied from light scrapes to deep gouges due to poor packaging. There were also a few areas where the powder coating just wasn't applied very well. I got it assembled by the end of May 2024, quite difficult due to a couple of the parts, not fitting together properly. Within two days I started noticing rust coming through the powder coating on many pieces. The swing set is not suitable for Texas heat and humidity. I reached out to the company, but they ignored me. The cubby has a trampoline floor but the roof is barely high enough for my four-year-old daughters to stand, let alone jump. If they were to jump, they would hit their heads on the black tubes that run along the ceiling of the cubby. It is certainly not suitable for kids six and up, as indicated on the company's website. I would definitely not recommend this swing set to anybody. read more

Living in Qld, shade during outdoor play is super important to us and Vuly seems to be the only company who delivers in this area. The build quality is good. Swing set frame is incredibly creaky and wobbly and appears structurally unsound. One of the swing's ropes snapped after only one week of use.
