I attended an Icemen Ice game here at the VyStar Veterans Memorial. We love coming to the arena; especially since it's new!!!! The old was terrible! Everyone here is friendly. It's easy to navigate around while inside to find restrooms and places to eat. It's easy to enter the arena and navigate up to the seating areas. Once the venue is over it has easy access to the escalator to get back to lower level to exit out. The parking lot across the street is great and has easy in and out for small vehicles and pickups. * My only complaint is when I drive the bus for church (40 passenger motor coach bus) to an event here at the arena it's hard for bus drivers to drop off and park and then enter in to attend with their group and then go back to the bus and then come back to pick everyone back up. Bus parking is hard here unless I just haven't been communicated properly where to go.

One thing I like about vystar are the shows. the place always seem to to get great shows. also are the seats. i always get the club level seats. once you are in there, you really can't leave unless you show them your tickets again. but they have food, the bar, comfortable seats in the lounge area. very nice. went and saw gabriel iglesias last night and show was fantastic. always a good time when you go to the arean

First time at vystar Arena, great iceman game. They definitely had a good variety of concession options. I had a Chicago dog, vanilla ice cream!

Great spot to watch some entertainment, from comedians to monster trucks and professional bull riding. You will never know what you will get the Vystar arena.

I went to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena for a media day event and had a great experience. The space was well organized and easy to navigate, and everything ran smoothly.

From entering the facility until leaving, every VyStar staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. This was my first time visiting. The facility was clean, and concessions were fine (a bit pricey, but that's to be expected at an arena). The veterans memorial in the lobby was very nice -- a beautiful tribute especially to the community. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

Always LOVE going to Vystar. For a hockey game or performance they are so great and accommodating.

I checked out the Vystar for a recent concert and to my surprise everything was pretty seamless. I do wish they had a rideshare area, as getting dropped off and picked up was somewhat of a hassle. I tried to do this option to prevent parking issues and still had to wait over an hour to find an Uber who would be let into the arena area without needing to walk miles in heels after standing all night. Otherwise, no issues with the seating, security or concessions. They even had photographers and food trucks outside after the arena to accommodate concert goers.

I enjoyed my visit. They loose a star because the seats are small and there is very little space between rows. Also, this is Florida so rain is expected on the best of days and there is little space under cover when the rain hits. They had a great Vet discount. $7.00 to get in. But a water cost $4.50. Not bad all in when you consider it cost $11.50 to watch a ball game.

Lots of fun yesterday for a huge work event at VyStar. I've only been here for several graduation events. Comfortable seating for a crowd of about 6-7,0000 people. We were all there for about 3 hours. I heard food and drinks were expensive. I didn't buy anything myself. Plenty of parking available for large events. I would definitely go back if there was something I was interested in happening.

VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville is a solid venue for events, offering a decent experience but with room for improvement. I was there for a hockey game. It is conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville, making it easy for attendees to access. Parking is plentiful, with several garages and parking lots nearby. Inside, the arena is spacious, with a variety of seating options that cater to different budgets. Sound quality was okay but at times you had no clue what was being announced. The views from most seats seemed to be pretty good from various areas as I moved around and chatted with several folks, but some spots can feel a bit far from the action, especially if you're sitting in the upper levels. The downside is the food and beverage offerings, which are fairly typical for a professional sporting event but since this was minor league hockey the prices seemed very high, and the selection is limited, with few healthy or unique options. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, though lines for concessions can get long. Overall, VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena provides an average experience. It's certainly not the best venue, but it serves its purpose for the Jacksonville Icemen Hockey Team. If you're attending an event, it's worth checking out, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

What a fun Sunday. Got some tickets to the PBR Bull Riding Championships. Wow! Was it fun. If you have never seen a championship it's an intense sport. 8 seconds is a loooong time when on the back of a bucking bull. Great event!

I have been to this venue a lot of times. I also do event security at this venue. One of the perks about working here is I get the opportunity to work different events. This picture I forgot I had. This picture is from 2018 when the Monster Jam occurred. This was my very first Monster Jam event. It was awesome and very loud that day. Good thing I had my foamy ear plugs ready. Only drawback of that day was having to deal with all the diesel fumes in the air, but it was well worth it. My favorite Monster Jam truck is of course Grave Digger, he was there that day and put on an excellent performance as well. FYI: if you do plan attend an event this year at this venue I highly suggest that you arrive early if you're looking for parking. I say this because parking lot Z gets filled up fast, being that it's across the street from the arena and a lot of individuals chose this location first or pre pay for parking. Happy New Year all.

I'm wondering if the seats on the upper deck are smaller? Also wondering if the small section behind the upper deck seats is a seating area with table in front?

I was told that the seats were all the same size. However the steepness if the slope is crazy scary. As far as the far back seating, it's handicapped, for wheelchairs and other disabilities.

Located in a 101-year-old building that used to be an A&P grocery store, this space perfectly blends history, creativity, and community. I love that so much of the original architecture has been preserved -- and the fact that it was designed by a woman architect back in the day makes it even more special. The Cove offers so much: daily coffee service, cooking and cake-decorating classes in "The Lab," yoga and meditation on Wellness Wednesdays, Social Sundays focused on mindfulness and connection, and even Art & Wine nights where you can sip, snack, and paint while listening to live music. They're also about to open Sticks & Stones, a private cigar club next door that will be available to members -- it's going to be such a great addition to the experience. The next membership cohort begins November 1st, and spots are limited to just 150 members to keep things community-focused and personal. They also host networking events, lectures, and business education workshops, so it's a great mix of social and professional. Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory. I beg you to never get married here!!!!
