My mother then requested a set amount off because of the wasted time she used, and she refused. She drove off from the venue, no apology and DID NOT EVEN TAKE A SINGLE PHOTO, stating "I already cashed your deposit check honey, don't expect to see any of that money." I would not recommend if looking for a professional, mature photographer.
