They offered to schedule a walking tour which I already scheduled with another on trip advisor and the river cruise boat tour for the next day. I used the card for transportation to the Basilica Fourviere on the hill taking the Funicular both ways. I tried to go to the Miniature Museum by it was only half price. Another museum only offered a small discount. I did not go to any other museums because I didn't see any while walking around. I did take the river cruise. So overall it wasn't worth purchasing.

I will take a funicular anytime the opportunity presents itself, especially when the thing I want…read moreto visit is at the top of a very steep hill. And for about 3 euro, it's not a bad deal. There isn't much to see whilst you are on your way up to Fourviere because you travel through a tunnel but keep your eyes open for some art and sculptures that are in the nooks in the walls. I'd suggest riding up one side and down the same so you get to see both sides of the wall. I'm also pretty sure I saw an open toilet with a sink so, hey you may get quite the view in here. The funicular comes pretty often so we didn't even check a timetable. We just showed up and waited. Very easy.

F1 - a single 2m track up Fourviere and the fancy church ( https://www.yelp.com/biz/basilique-notre-dame-de-fourvière-lyon-2 ). F2 - a more traditional 1m track with a mid-point where the up and down cars pass each other. This is the Mimes-St Just funicular.

Very easy airport to navigate through, especially if you've just come from CDG, which can be a…read morenightmare to navigate if you're not used to it. We were able to get off our flight and make it to the clearly marked Uber pick-up almost immediately. This was really convenient for us as we had to be somewhere a few hours after landing. We noticed quite a few shopping and food options available in the arrivals section so I'm assuming there are a lot to choose from in departures. The airport is quite a bit away from Lyon city center but our Uber ride on a Monday at about 2pm was only 50 euro. You can also certainly make it to the city by tram much cheaper.
