When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn't reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else.

The young ladies that work there are always very nice and personable. Take note that they only take cash at pickup. As far as the rest of the establishment, I have done laundry there, and found everything to be neat, clean, and operational. It's generally busy there all the time, but not to the point where you don't have room to fold. If you need more than one washer and drier, though, perhaps have a pen and paper handy to write down each one's number, as you may not get multiple empty ones that are right next to each other. I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. The price of the dryers is not bad, .25¢ for 9 minutes. They have multiple size washer and dryers. I also noticed they have a laundry service which is nice. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.
