I had a simple request for a document and was willing to pay for this document and Josh responded with "I will not spend much time on this but send me what you have and I will take a look at it." After a week and no response from Josh I asked him if he received my (3) emails and he responded with "I'm not sure what you want me to respond to and I do not have any interest in working on this." The retainer allowed for lower-cost paralegal work, yet it was rarely used. At $350/hour--above the local average--I found the service did not meet my expectations for quality or efficiency. Document delivery by flash drive, rather than a modern secure transfer system, seems archaic. I also found both attorneys' tones to be condescending and haughty. Based on my experience, I would not recommend either attorney.
