They operate on what they call menu prices. I had them quote various things (plumbing and electrical work). The are ridiculously overpriced. For the plumbing, they quoted me 10X of what it cost with another company. For the electrical work, they were 3X the price of the second company I had come out to quote the work. Bottom line avoid this company, or at least, ensure you get a second quote.

I called Connally Plumbing and within an hour their plumber, Brandon, arrived. My neighbor and I were both there as he figured out the problem and fixed it. It was no easy repair. He had to dig out part of the yard to find the leak. Like I said, this was not an easy job and Brandon did it like it was nothing. The final result was just tremendous. They charged us $150. My husband was able to remove nuts after they left without diagnosing anything. The next day all bathrooms overflowed. We called roto rooter. They diagnosed and unclogged the system. The smart toilet needed resetting. Called Connally to reset toilet. This time they sent knowledgeable person who had tools. They did charge an additional $300.

He helped explain and show me how to change out my filters and how to turn off the system to the reverse off osmosis. He made sure that the reverse osmosis pressure was goo by taking the air out of the tank and afterwards he checked out the water softener system to make sure everything was working correctly.
