Well, they couldn't have been more helpful. They were very apologetic, and said that it was from a new designer that they hadn't used before, and were happy to refund my purchase or replace it. I chose a different ring which was slightly more expensive, and they waived the extra cost.

Crystals is a lovely shop to visit. They sell all kinds of precious and semi precious stones in all…read morekinds of shapes and sizes. I often go in just to look around, and I can easily lose myself for half an hour or more just gazing at the beautiful items that they sell. They don't seem to mind if I don't buy anything, but that may be because since they've been open, I have spent far more in there than I can realisticly afford. I am not an especially spiritual person, but they do sell crystals for spiritual purposes, and I must say that I find a visit to Crystals is a very calming experience.
