I had a great experience using W-Towing yesterday when my dad needed his truck towed that broke down on the freeway. He was able to exit the freeway and parked it on the street. I called the company and asked for a quote which their price was reasonable. After I got the address of where my dad parked his truck, I give that information over to the person on the phone and they said the tow truck driver would call me back. I got a call about 5 minutes later and he said that he's 35 minutes away. It took him about an hour to drop off the truck to my house which was about 27 miles away during rush hour. I believe the driver name was Jose and he was very friendly. He parked the truck where I asked him to and sent me the invoice to my email address. SCAM!!! SCAM!! I called W-towing on Friday, Oct 1, 2021 and scheduled towing service for Sunday, October 3rd at 9am. Lady answering the phone asked me to put a credit card down to reserve the tow. On Sunday I waited for an hour plus, called the towing company numerous times, no one ever answered my call or called me back. This place is a SCAM to get your credit card info. DON'T USE THEM, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE TOW!! UPDATE 12:40 PM 10/03/21: The only way I received a response from this place was by asking for a quote through Yelp. After letting them know I had a tow this morning that they didn't show up for I was told they didn't show up because the driver wasn't aware of the schedule and they don't start working until 12pm on Sunday. If they start at 12 pm on Sunday why would they schedule my tow for 9AM and why does their website say 24/7 service? The owner messaged back on Yelp and as you will see for yourself he could careless how he treats customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT RELIABLE. read more

I was waiting over 2 hrs to find out this company had canceled my service without notifying my insurance company; since I'm going through my roadside assistance with my insurance. He wasn't the cheapest bid I got, but his response was more personable, which makes a difference when trying to find somebody you can trust. He's very laid back and friendly. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from will!! I was on my way to work and my car just wouldn't start. It was stuck inside my apartment's parking structure. I called 3 different towing companies around my area and each tried to up charge me just to get my car towed to the bodyshop that's less than 1 mile away from my place. The Battery of my 2017 car had been smoking which can be quite dangerous. my mechanic that is .5 miles away told me not to drive the car and get it towed. W-Towing gave me a quote of $85 bucks for the tow. I explained the full issue to get the quote. They arrived, my car is digital and so we couldnt start the battery due to the danger concern. So they had to use the little jacks because the car could not go to neutral. They put the whole car up on to the tow truck, Pulled away from my driveway, and with my full car strapped on decided to bring the cost up to $125. I was in my wife's car following when told this. I was not told until the car was on the tow bed and we had locked our house doors and following the driver. Nothing prior. No Quote for an unmovable car, Just waiting until i had no choice. So they stopped in the middle of the road. I was looking for a towing company that would not try to rack up the price after i had no choice. This looked like it had good reviews. I wont be using again. I gave the driver 20 dollar tip for doing all the work. Not because I was 'satisfied' and if I'd known the driver would have misrepresented what happened I would have not given any tip. read more

I ended up buying an old mustang the thing didn't run or turn on, and the drums were stuck. It was a struggle moving the car. But Efrain arrived before the scheduled appt and he spent time helping me get the car on the tow truck.
