Eric started us on our recovery journey. Credit score in low 400's I started by getting loans on our vehicles to pay on our credit report. Which he pulled report walked me through what to do step by step to get us on a better path. In six months,came back Eric was busy this time and another wonderful ladies worked on refinancing me I had screwed up at Xmas and overspent. It takes them 3-4 months to get back with their customers. They always have ridiculous excuses as to why they can't get things done sooner. They want to use Covid as their excuse. I can't believe that this so called large corporation doesn't have a computerized program to process returns quickly!!
