Hottest temps in the last three years and, although our unit is only 5 years old, the motor went bad. Late afternoon, no break from the heat, so I called Wade. Being late afternoon, I figured it would be the next day at the earliest. Initially, that was the time given, although the replacement motor (under warranty) would not arrive until Monday. But about 6:30pm, Mr. Wade calls me and asks what the horsepower on the inside unit was on the label. After telling him, he said he actually had a replacement from a different unit and would be right over. After 7pm, he arrives, fixes the unit, and we'll be able to sleep comfortably tonight.
