Well the word WE encompasses his whole office, and certain members of his staff lack the unparalleled customer service he boasts of being able to provide. If you like being talked to in a demeaning, abusive manner, then this is the company for you! However, I'm not impressed. My family may not be in the best of situations, and yes, we have to pay for SR-22 insurance for one of the members, but we are human, there was a mistake made, and we are paying for it, like responsible people who are not running from their problems. We do not deserve to be treated any less when we pay our bills and do the right thing. We were supposed to pay for a consecutive year, and then be done with SR-22 insurance, however, because the company did not put the persons name on the legal forms, like we asked many times to have done, the state has said that we have not filed proof of this person having SR-22 insurance, which has now led to a suspension of license, and the potential loss of a job because of their mistake. We have paid for almost two years on this policy, a year longer than we were supposed to do so. I do not write the policies, I do not file the paperwork, I do not work in the office, but I pay them the money I work for to do their job, and to do it correctly. However, it is personal judgement passed by Cris Corey and his staff that has stood in the way of them doing the job correctly. When you pride yourself in customer service, try to also pride yourself in your integrity, it's not about how you feel it's about doing the right thing, even when it may not be easy. I have no problem letting people know how my family was treated. Maybe it will make zero impact on his company but my families 5 cars, and two houses that are insured through him, will not be reinstated with this company again. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect, especially a loyal customer.
