Initially did good work, but something happened and they changed up in mid 2025. - Accepted payment for work not done, went no communication. Refused refund or to do the work and deliver the plants we paid for. - Enrolled us in autopay without permission. - Did not complete work agreed upon even after repeated conversations. - The quality of the mowing went downhill and their employee stopped bagging up clippings, leading to us having an embarrassing conversation with out HOA.

I replied "what do you mean by 'rough' like the landscaping and sod is done poorly?" He said "no I mean the neighborhood is rough, we usually only service *higher end* neighborhoods like thornblade". So don't call this company if you live in an average (new build community of ~300k homes). Update: My quote was reasonable -- that wasn't the issue. The issue was the salesperson's classist comment about my neighborhood, which I clarified on the spot. As shown in my original review, he confirmed he meant the neighborhood itself, not the lawn. The company's response is a retroactive reframe that contradicts what was actually said. Update 2: Following my review, someone from the company returned to my property 4-5 hours later without notice or consent to photograph it. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because I had 'slandered their business all over the internet' and they wanted documentation of the lawn condition. This call was recorded. The lawn condition was never the issue. The review was about a classist comment made about my neighborhood. Their response reframes the word 'rough' to mean the lawn after I explicitly clarified on the spot that he meant the neighborhood, not the grass.
