Brutal company to deal with. Have tried to get them to acknowledge, in writing, that I am cancelling my Cobra coverage. Called three different times, received three different answers. Told me I had to pay my bill through the end date of coverage. Beware - they lie and do everything they can to NOT RESOLVE the problem. I file a complaint with the Department of Labor. read more

They charged my checking account even after my company ended the relationship with them. Then they told me it would take up to six weeks to send a reimbursement check. So I had to go to my bank, ask them to stop the direct debit authorization and claw the money back. The next month, WageWorks send me a bill asking to submit a check as they could no longer debit my account. These guys are either completely incompetent or they are crooks, trying to get your money. DON'T DO IT!!! Take your FSA someplace else because WageWorks is a nightmare to work with. I have used my FSA for Hospital and Dental Bills and I have been asked to supply a receipt. I thought Hospital and Dental were covered under the FSA and now my card is held hostage with money on it until they receive a receipt. What I mean by this is that I have over $300 on the card and when I go to use it I keep getting declined. I can't believe I have to jump through hoops just to use my money..... read more

Terrible customer service and website. Have tried getting a refund of $1600 for almost 5 months now.

I have paid for 2 months worth of Cobra coverage and am still being told by Blue Cross Blue Shield that I am not covered. The first payment was submitted on 12/9 and the second payment made 12/29. It is January and they still say that I have no medical coverage since November 30th. I can't get an answer from them as to why. They continue to tell me that it takes time for the insurance company to get the coverage reactivated. I am not sure why I am paying for coverage that is never going to be reinstated. read more

I've been trying to get on-line access to my Conexis FSA account for six months, no success. Phone calls are useless; I was told my account does not exist. They send you a debit card, but you still have to send in invoices. All this to use your own money. Don't sign up with Conexis/Wageworks! read more

Quite possibly THE worst third party payer for COBRA insurance!! I was completely paid up for two months but the premiums "somehow" never made it to BCBS!!! If you go on COBRA and Wage Works is who you get as your third party payer, run for the hills as fast as you can and see if you can select someone different!!!
