I may have returned an hour late past the "24-hour" window which should have pushed me into the next day, but they only charged me the one day. Not sure why the first review was so negative, because I could tell the staff were very attentive to whether the equipment I rented had worked - they even called a couple days later to ask how things had worked. The person who left the negative review should have told them and given them a chance to fix it because they seem like they would have done so if given the opportunity.
