It was both awkward and inappropriate. I expected my lawyer to provide personal attention to my matter. Instead, he gave cookie-cutter-type of answers to my specific questions. Without going into the details, I feel Mr. Chatelain's demeanor was one of boredom and not caring too much to my individual concerns. His manner was also less than professional.
