I had the perch, the specialty of the house, it comes from Lake Geneva and was exquisite. The presentation was perfect. The salad that comes with the meal, too was delicious, healthy and fresh. Service 3/5: Service fell short a little bit specially for a restaurant of that standing. You will see a lot of apprentice doing internships here and they might not speak French nor English.
