We called to book 60 min body massages on our trip to Waikiki. Luckily this place had same day availability. I'm surprised this place was rated 5 stars. To start, parking around here is quite challenging. The business has a parking spot in the back of the building, but the instructions to access is a bit ambiguous and we circled block a few times before locating the parking gate. We were brought to a small room for our service where we undressed for the body massage. When the masseuse came in, she left the door open as she proceeded to start my massage. I had to ask her to please close the door. While there were no other customers in the establishment, there was a male staff so it made me very uncomfortable that our privacy wasn't respected (especially since we were practically naked under the sheets). Once the service started, it felt like the woman just very aggressively rubbed her hands against my back, causing a lot of friction between my skin and the sheet covering my skin. Half way through the massage, we heard snoring from a staff outside that lasted for quite a while. Unfortunately, the whole experience was not relaxing and rather painful. When we were paying for our service, we asked if we could pay with card, and the staff repeatedly said they preferred cash. It felt like we were coerced into paying in cash after asking to pay with card twice and being recommended to pay cash. read more

I only went there once and never again. I made the booking in advance and even actively spoke to them about services on Yelp to make my booking. At no time did they say they didn't take card. They told me to withdraw from the atm to pay prior to my appointment. It was super stressful and I went there to destress. They followed me out the door to the end of the block to show me the atm and telling me to go to 7eleven. He seemed nice but was super pushy. They gave me the option to prepay before the massage and it's a good thing I did. After I paid I did the couples massage, we paid for 2 hours and a body scrub and hot stones. The halfway through the massage there was a long break talking to each other before the hot stones. I don't think my husband noticed because he fell asleep. After the massage they demanded tip but they do not take card and I took out enough cash for the $300 massage and already had to atm fee. They stopped me at the door and yelled like I didn't understand and were super rude at the end. I do not leave a lot of negative reviews but you can understand that this experience definitely stood out to me. I hope that you do not share the same experience i did. But I can see from the other previous reviews a lot of you did. I do not believe it was worth the hassle when you can have a wonderful experience elsewhere. read more

Called the massage spot at 8 PM and they took us in right away for me and my fiancé. It is located right across from 7-eleven, next to the tattoo and coffee shop. Minor downside is that they don't massage your feet for the full body massage, and it gets pretty warm in the room because there is no cool air, it's just a fan. It was just like the professional acupressure masseuse I saw in NorCal where I'm from--their technique is super on point, and they were soo polite and amazing as hosts! Preferred language was definitely mandarin--use "zhong yi dian" for heavier pressure and "cheen yi dian" for lighter pressure if you'd like to try speaking the language! Cash preferred. read more

The location isn't the best looking place, but the service is good. We don't care for the Thai massage where they walk on your back. Instead we asked for the deep tissue style. Well. This place is good and bad. The owner/manager was nice to show us where the parking was. I went in thinking it's $120 as advertised for couples massage. I don't feel is was that great I've had better for cheaper where I live but decided to chance it. The moment my whole went to crap was when it came time to pay! I felt the girl was feeling disrespected when I said, I will be paying with a credit card. She seemed to huff and puff and then instead of $120 she said it's $10 more because they massaged my wife's foot. I got my whole body massage. All they did was massage her hand and feet. And to top it off she charged me additional $6 and by law they should have something posted that states they charge more for credit card transactions. I know this business is trying to collect cash so they don't have to report it on taxes that's what every small business days but this was very interesting. then she continues to say oh how about the tip? Are we paying that in cash? I gave $20 and she's like oh only $20 and I said no you will split it. This place is crap. I don't understand how it gets all the five star reviews may be from people that never had real massages but if you're a tourist look up by the stores on yelp that I actually speak proper English and don't play this over charge game. read more

I just received 90 minutes treatment from Jack. I told him that I have a bad headache and a lower back pain. He worked on my neck and back for a short time and he asked me to turn over. He did ok on my back, when he started my left leg then I felt no consistent pressure and his hands were drifting from my leg. I even counted until he gained strength again. I thought he fell asleep. Last 10 minutes, he abruptly finished the massage without giving me the hand massage. I complained about his service to him but he said everyone likes him.
