Her favourite flowers are stargazer lilies and I had asked if they could include those in the bouquet and was assured they could. We spent $150.00 for flowers and a small fruit basket with a balloon. The arrangement and basket that was delivered was beyond disappointing. The flowers requested were not included much to our sadness. The basket of fruit was amateur at best. My brother spent the day with my mom and he had said the delivery was "sad". We were all very disappointed for her . The delivery was set for a Saturday, the following Monday they offered to include the lilies. It was past her birthday and far beyond the milestone event.

And refused to refund, despite the family never receiving the flowers. I would recommend anyone outside the community stay away from this business as it did not deliver what it promised.
