How disappointing! We tried to order, but the pre-recorded message said it was closed. It's December 26th, and the Twitter page says it will only be closed on Xmas Eve and Day-- it's obviously neither! And this is well within their hours of operation. Really awful. read more

They were really fast and really nice! This is an awesome way to get food delivered from places that don't do delivery. For example, I was REALLY craving indian, and there are no indian places in Worcester that deliver. Luckily, there is Waiters On Wheels! read more

This evening I used waiters on wheels and had a bad experience for the third time. The previous 10+ experiences were great but their service has significantly declined. Tonight I ordered my food at 5:20pm and did not receive my order until 7:10pm, 1 hour and 50 minutes really? Not to mention a cold pizza. Clearly they need to staff more appropriately on the weekends. read more

This place is terrible. It takes a solid 10 minutes to place an order, and I have never once received my food on time. Which is ridiculous, considering I am usually given wait times of about 90 minutes. The food is always cold, but they are the only delivery game in town. Tonight was the last straw - I called at 9:04 PM and was on hold for 6 minutes...at which point I was disconnected. When I called back, I got the answering machines saying that Waiters on Wheels was closed for the night - and then listed their Saturday hours as 4-9:30 pm. It's one thing to close a little early, but to hang up on customers who are already waiting? Completely unprofessional. I wish a REAL delivery service would come to Worcester. read more

Terrible service. When I placed my order I was told 45 minutes to an hour. It's now an hour and 25 minutes and I'm still waiting. I tried calling them and received a recording that they are no longer accepting orders for the evening, then was put on hold. I've been on hold now with bad staticky music for over 20 minutes. Obviously they have no reason to pick up the phone if they're not taking orders, so they may as well ignore me completely now that they've already charged my credit card. I checked their website and it gives no email address. So, they are completely unreachable. Maybe if I had a way to talk to someone there about my missing food I would not need to resort to communicating through this review, but they leave me no other option. read more

So disappointed with Waiters on Wheels. I have used them for several years, but my service tonight was absolutely awful. It took almost 2 hours for our food to arrived. When I called to see what the delay was, I put on hold for ever. Never spoke to anyone. Although the diver apologized for the delay I will think twice before I use this service again.
