I went back home and brought two cartridges, both new. I opened the seal in front of them and showed them that it's the battery that has the problem the way they requested and still would not give me the exchange. I hope they just honestly said they do bad customer service instead of lying to me making me go back and forth. Don't go this crappy place. Go to the one on the other side of the road instead.
