Despite those assurances, my debit card was charged again. This second charge occurred after I had already notified the staff of the mistake and after I was specifically told that my card information would be deleted. As a result, I spent a significant portion of my vacation dealing with a problem that should never have happened in the first place. Not only did these errors create financial stress and inconvenience, but they also ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I trusted your staff to correct the mistake after it was first reported, and unfortunately that trust was misplaced when my card was charged again. I believe it is unreasonable for me to bear the consequences of repeated errors made by the office, particularly after I had notified you of the problem and received assurances that it had been corrected. For these reasons, I respectfully requested a refund and I was denied and told that it was my banks fault for letting the transactions to occur. They won't take accountability and refuse to work with me. This was my debit card that was charged and over $400 and was on hold for a total of 8 days. My bank cancelled my card. Just one headache after another because of all of this. I feel as though they should've accommodated me seeing how their actions and failure to pay attention caused all of this.

It had a coupon for $12 off!! We called on Tuesday night about 7:45 (they closed at 9) and talked to Teresa who was able to schedule our foursome for a trip at 2:00 on Wednesday. She was so helpful and gave us some tips for travel to Hartford. Once we got there we checked in with a very competent and thorough young lady. We took a short bus ride to the "put in" point. On the 10 minute ride some of the guides performed fun comedic routines which kept us from thinking about how hot we were on a bus with no AC ( except open windows), decked out in life jackets and helmets while holding our paddles upright. :-) We got paired with a river rafting guide named Brantley. He gave us great paddling instructions before we even entered the raft. Since we had all been river rafting before, he explained that the trick to having a more exciting trip is to synchronize your paddle strokes. We had a great time with Brantley. We truly appreciate his concern for our "fun factor" and especially our safe trip down the river.

Good road back towards Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg from here. Lots of good restaurants on this side of mountain, without having to deal with the traffic on other side of mountain. Would come back here anytime. They will store your camper for $70 a month in back of site & bring to your rented site on next visit. You couldn't pull a camper back & forth under $70. I has booked a pull through in advance and totally ignored the options for size of rig was only up till 30... rookie mistake. They called in advance to move me to a hopefully bigger site. Upon arrival... they saw how big my rig was and felt really was and there was no way I was gonna fit on their campground. They gave me a full refund... and when I told them to still charge me for the dump fee, they did not. Two gentlemen helped me carefully exit the park as there was no way i was going to back up down the hill. I was so every grateful for their generosity. If you recognize them from my picture. BUYERS BEWARE...Purchased A 30x50 metal building for the amount of$17,456.24. Which is a big deal to me when the the building is black and grey sticks out like a soar thumb. After talking to the salesman Josh that created this issue he said he'd reinbursment me $400 for the cost of the screws...what good does that do? The owner which is Joshes daddy said he'd have a crew come out and replace the screws. But the crew that put the building up and max steel stated that the roof would leak if replaced. Only option I seen was a fair reimbursement. Secound building I've perchased from them and this will be the last. Also the quality of these building are very low the crew that puts them up don't Care about quality they just throw it together and leave. In the photos you see where the trim is bent up. They left one of the supports loose. The tubing for the 12x12 frameout was warped causing a gap between it and the door. They missed the stud all thet way up with the metal self tapping screws. The pics dont do justice on showing how bad the galvanised screws make the building look. Max steel did come out and try to repair but didnt make it much better. Owner of 411 also stated I purchased a "big mac compared to a steak" guess 17k is pocket change for him
