Anyways I told her I am waiting for my friend and she's having a treatment too, while my friend is trying to check in, she also told her to wait while doing something on the computer, this is weird, we known this office to be in and out. Then she asked if she's checking in under my phone number??? I told her she's also a patient here and have an account. This really leaves me no other choice but to cancelled my membership.
