He called me back and I called him back, etc. A week and a half later (after hearing nothing), I called and asked to schedule a phone consult appointment so maybe we could actually connect and talk. The call was set for today at 11:30 AM. It is now 5:57 PM and I have heard nothing from Charles Graf or his office. It would have been nice to receive a phone call from his secretary, the receptionist or receive an email notifying me that he would not be calling me today. Just another too busy attorney who doesn't care enough to call. I would not recommend. If you are too busy to accept new clients, say so upfront instead of stringing someone along and not responding. Update: Five days after my phone consult (that never happened), I received voicemail from receptionist who stated I didn't show up in the office for my appointment. This after I spoke directly with attorneys secretary to schedule a phone consult appointment because after a week we had not connected. She confirmed my phone number and stated the attorney might call me a little after my phone appointment time but would call me. Why confirm my number and tell me he will call me (even if a few minutes late) if I am supposed to come in to the office?! Get it together. I was told this was a solid law firm. I disagree. Don't make a phone consult appointment, not call me until five days later and then blame it on me for not showing up. Poor communication. No responsibility or follow through. No thanks.
