These are decent apartments. But the leasing office is full of shit. It's soo much free parking and open space to park & yet they have someone coming to check tags and registration at 2am and whatever else time that people are sleep to put sticks on the windows saying your car will be towed in 2 days. Like what kind of shit is that? What does my car have to do with anything ? I see if the car was just sitting there and not moving or taking someone spot but NOPE that's not the case. The lady in the office name Maria can be a B*** sometimes. It's the attitude she gives. They have a roach issue. Just moved in and somebody apartment has roaches and it's coming through my vents. Then you're paying for pest control EVERY MONTH & have to call to get on a "List". If I'm paying for it it needs to be EVERY MONTH or so. I shouldn't have to call to get on a list. The gym does NOT stay up late, but we're paying for that as well. Make that make sense. You can only use the gym during business hours which is stupid asf. This complex is nice but can be full of shit. The trash area looks a damn mess at times. Maintenance can be an ass at times. It's a lot with this complex, just think twice. read more

The mold infestation was so severe i had to go to an allergy specialist and almost died from allergy attacks 5 times, my roomates both developed severe sinus infections from exposure to the apartment. Theres roaches everywhere, stray cats amongst other animals. Management doesnt bother with helping their tenants until its a legal emergency and they are liable to be sued. Stay away from this complex. They also upped my rent by 300 a month after a year of living here. Truly this is a money trap. Stay away from walden brook. read more

The property is beautiful inside and outside, however, we have a huge roach infestation issue that hasn't and will not be resolved. The property manager, Sheila, has tried her best but the property management company needs to invest in better pest control and allow their property managers to do more. Ventron property management doesn't even want her to compensate me in any kind of way.'when she tried to help me, corporate got mad at her. The last straw over here was when 4 toddler roaches and 1 mama roach got all over my infant child's umbilical cord. It was absolutely disgusting. There are roaches all in the kitchen all in the freezer the stove in all of the appliances. There are roaches all in the master bathroom and they are beginning to invade the master bedroom. They don't have another unit for us to move in and the property management corporate team does not want to help us anymore. We have given them many times to help us with this situation but they refuse . The property manager Sheila and the assistant property manager Bianka is very nice and they try to do what they can but their corporate office is money hungry and I would not advise anyone to move to any of the ventron property management Apartment homes. In the freezer pic you will notice black dots and black mushed up stuff. Those are dead roaches that I tried to clean out the freezer. Roaches have also crawled on our babies crib and our bed. The only good thing is the neighborhood is pretty safe. They have a security guard (who doesn't do much) and the community is gated. However, the gate always gets broken by ppl speeding in after other cars. Nobody steals packages off of doorsteps, or anything like that. read more

This place used to be decent but in the last few years but they have let anyone rent here. Trash and food containers In the breezeways and around the property and in the back areas with overgrown grass . Ppl smoking and hanging out in parking lots. Cars speeding and broken gates from tailing ppl in and inconsiderate neighbors. Ppl clearly don't care where they live and trash any place they live . There are many cars and ppl that don't live here but take up all parking spaces. It's just gone down hill. The rent is not worth quality of the community and that goes for many places in the metro Atlanta area. I'm moving soon. I don't deal too much with the office. I pay my rent online and keep it at that. read more

My partner and I applied for an apartment on November 3 . I called several times to get in touch with Fredricka and check on the status of my application. Then I receive an email saying that we was denied. So we called and spoke with the head manager and she said that she never seen the application to deny it. We have paid these fee for the application and other fees . Because of the time limit we are on we needed the apartment ASAP. But we finally received a approval email on November 18. We have since found another complex with better customer service. And would like all monies paid returned.This was absolutely horrible! read more

places is horrible bugs infested management office bad attitudes does not return your calls over price for the area and not to mention the crime that taken place in that apartment complex i wouldn`t choose that as my place to live read more
