The communication started out great, then it eventually dwindled until there was no communication…read moreat all. The leasing consultant seemed very honest, sweet, and willing to help. That is, until she completely ghosted us and dropped the ball on the application process. We were told multiple times, at the tour and leading up to applying, that we could recover our administrative fees (not the application fees) if we decided not to move forward or if our application was denied. Well, once we saw how poorly things were going and how the leasing consultant dropped off the map, we got a bad feeling and decided to back out and request our money back. After no response initially when asking when we would get the fees back, the leasing consultant tried to be clever and left a message for my (grown but much younger) roommate /family member whom she had never dealt with the entire time except for meeting them at the tour. As she was being avoidant with me, I guess she thought this was the weakest link.(This is absolutely untrue! Interestingly, as soon as we pulled up for the tour - before even going inside - my roommate said "THIS IS A NO". This is a very intuitive and wise person whose vibes about something are always very strong and accurate.) She stated in the voice message that the application never went through and that because of this, we couldn't get our administrative fees back. We did our part and had evidence we did. So, why? I'll tell you why. SHE didn't do her part to get it to the next stage of processing, whether purposely for some reason or inadvertently, and as a result, we had to pay the price for this - literally and figuratively. She took no ownership for this, but if it was purposeful, then why would she? I wonder what happens to the money because it doesn't just end up in a black hole. Someone has it. Seems unfair and unethical. I called their home office about it, but no one ever responded. Can't say that's surprising because the pattern of poor service often trickles down from the top. I'm actually glad we didn't end up living here. Even though the overall score on other review platforms is acceptable and some are high, many of the specific, less positive reviews share common themes. Additionally, everyone has a different standard of excellence depending on their personality and prior experiences elsewhere. Sometimes that thing that seems great, really isn't. It's only an improvement from the prior. (For example, if we were previously unhoused, then ANY home - no matter how bad - might seem amazing.) In summary, this place seems professional and nice at first, but the true colors eventually come out and the facade is evident. Definitely beware of wolves in sheep clothing here. I do not recommend it, no matter how pretty, new, and shiny it is.

I'm a first-time renter and she answered and responded to each email and phone call. She walked me through each individual step with a smile. Not once did she become frustrated with me for not understanding. Diamond took the time out of her day to complete a viewing, walk the grounds, show me where I can locate everything in the complex, and more. My family and I are new to this state, and for her to show such professionalism, understanding, and assistance that she provided was far from what I imagined my experience would be! I cannot put into words the impact that she had placed on the day of signing as well as prior too. Not to mention, each individual that she came into contact with that day was treated as if they were the only ones that mattered at that time. The sauna is awesome and it gets super HOT... Great to de-stress after a long day unless you work nights because due to Covid they need to cut the hours to force the residents to exercise together during the day which I am not sure how that prevents the disease, but alas. I am sure the owners are smarter than me about infectious diseases in regards to gym hours. Also, this apartment is gun friendly. If you have high powered guns with armor piercing bullets to protect your apartment then this is totally a place I would consider living. The front desk staff was nice enough to put me on the list for a new refrigerator after the top got soo hot it turned my apple juice into wine and exploded. I mean if they didn't provide me a defective fridge where the door does not close then how else would I learn you can make wine from apple juice. Pretty neat. Also, If your a new resident like myself then you can expect to pay wayy more for rent than your neighbors in the exact same units. I always love my neighbors making jokes about my jacked up rent for the exact same type of unit. I am pretty sure the chemical smell that won't leave my apartment isn't interfering with my brain activity or causing cancer as I write this review. It kinda smells nice if you like your appartment smelling like a meth lab... Kidding I have no idea what Meth smells like, but I would immagine it can't be worse that the smell. With all that said I feel quite at home at Amber Chase Appartments and love the wonderful front desk staff Xavious and Kawani.
