Everything was done online along with all major paperwork which was very convenient during the pandemic. Anytime I reached out to Angela via email she had a response for me with in two hours or less. I bet I had a bunch of silly questions during the process but she answered them all. Let me back track a bit I originally started the mortgage process with someone else from a different loan company who ended up being unprofessional and just told you what you wanted to hear but produce other results. Angela was referred to me so I reached out and I commend her professionalism, she immediately got the ball rolling and started making the process happen for us. She also got us a great interest rate which is definitely a plus in today's market. At closing all paper work were completed correctly and even the people involved during closing had nothing but great things to say and how thorough she was with all paperwork. I now wonder why people say this process to be dreadful because it was quite opposite for us.
