This location is bigger and cuter than the one in Montreux. I got finger patisserie in pistachio, and chocolate caramel hazelnut, and a jar of chestnut cream. I also got a cute pink coffee cup and a tote bag because I picked up some chocolates and the paper bags were heavy they started ripping. The macaron flavors are the same for the whole country. The only difference for this location is that they can print "Lausanne" on your macaron for an extra 0.80CHF. Asking a few questions about the classes that were offered, we selected the 75 minute class and it was perfect for my wife and I. We were the only students. I have included a few images of the experience. We also made a few purchases to take home and the family enjoyed the assortment we brought home. I highly recommend the experience of chocolate making.
