When I arrived, I pretty much exclaimed that I was feeling a little awkward about having a stranger in my crotchal region, as I like to call it. Of course...it's her job. She sees all manner of hoo-ha daily. So...I said the hell with it, flung my pants off, and she went to work. Conversation flowed easily, there was laughter, and before I knew it the hair was gone. It wasn't completely painless...but it was my first time after all. It wasn't the most painful thing I've experienced at all. It was over in under half an hour. I was give tips on after care as well. I could not be more pleased with my decision, and I will definitely be returning!

Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is at Ball State. I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.
