He was personable, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Very gentle. Not heavy handed and rough like many I've experienced in years past. I appreciate that! I don't like to be manhandled at the nail spa! I treated myself to the Citrus Pedicure and a gel French manicure, and both were exceptional. I upgraded my pedicure for the extended massage, and I'm so glad I did. Def worth it. I especially loved that he used a sugar scrub during the massage, followed by lavender oil for a second round of massage. It felt luxurious and relaxing. My French manicure was good. It's not the absolute best I've ever had, but still neatly done. The almond shape on my natural nails came out perfectly. The music was great... a mix of old-school R&B, Top 40 pop, and even a country tune. The atmosphere felt more like a lounge-y than a spa. No tranquility here. Just good energy. If you're looking for silence or tranquility to zone out and read a book, this may not be your ideal spot. No wine or champagne offered here. My inner bougie was slightly disappointed. Umm...bring cash! You can't leave a tip on your card, which was a little frustrating, and they didn't have the techs' QR codes readily available for electronic tipping. It looks like they offer a rewards program, so be sure to use the same phone number each visit to make the most of it. Everything appeared very clean, which matters a lot to me since I'm definitely a stickler about sanitation. I was watching closely, and they passed the test. I wish they had a new buffer, emery board, orange stick, etc for every mani, but I don't think they do that here. So, you may want to bring your own to be extra careful. The 24k gold oil was super cute, but not as good as oils I use at home. I also appreciated the diversity among their nail techs. It felt like a welcoming and inclusive spot. I have a regular tech in the city, but still I'll be sure to return.

No filing the sides of my nails too far, no harsh chemicals for the most part, no acrylics. They do use gels and gel polish if you wish or regular polish. THEY HAVE MOVED TO A NEW GREAT LOCATION!!! The owner had a she-shed built next to her house so there will be no more moves! I am posting photos of the new place (day 1 so it isn't all spiffed up yet). Shelby, the owner, and her mom, Melissa, are the only ones who work here and I just love them. Highly recommended!!

When the pedicure was complete and I went to pay for the services rendered my bill is $78 . I asked for the explanation how my charge went from 45 to 78 . This establishment charged $5 to remove gel polish and an additional $20 to reapply gel polish that should have been included in my $45 pedicure. This is a classic example of a bait and switch this establishment should be put out of business immediately

She wiped off the spit off my son and continued letting the kid be so rowdy. Even another customer had to get involved and tell him to not keep running out the door where it's near the road.
