When I returned, I was scheduled with a different injector which I was not happy about. I'm told there was no remaining half product left and no record of that agreement or from Jennifer. She spoke with Jennifer (who wasn't in the office), and then told me Jennifer denied any remaining product was left and denied the conversation due to the whole product was used. After speaking with her manager, I was told "there's nothing we can do" and that I'd hear from Jennifer the following Monday. I was not about to argue with the injector that was not there present during our discussion. It's now been a couple of days--no call, no follow-up from Jennifer, or her manager. This level of disregard is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of service and the expectation of professional service. I felt dismissed, misled, and ignored as a customer. Leads me to believe they are using the product for themselves and scammed me. I will not be returning to Azul Medspa and cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for consistent, honest, or customer-centered care.

If you see the before and after pictures attached you will see that my neck looks worse than it did prior to his procedures. After the second revision I could not get a hold of him and his assistant and his staff would not schedule me an appointment. I have now gone to a second plastic surgeon and the only thing he could say was that he could not believe what he was seeing and did not see the purpose of the scars down my neck (prior to the second revision Dr. Reynolds told me there would be small incisions but as you can see they are not "small".. Pharmacy manager and multiple staff…read morehave poor customer service skills, providing false dates and delays numerous times on the same medication pickup. Pharmacy manager thinks any verbal info provided by their staff, such as dates when medication will be ready , isn't something a customer can rely on. Also pharmacy manager and staff don't understand patient privacy and don't mind yelling out the medication you're picking up so that other customers in line can hear what you're taking. I'm surprised that a company as big as Walgreens hasn't done anything to train their employees properly and or ensure the quality of their customer service and basic healthcare-patient privacy guidelines. Unfortunately this type of business conduct will lead to their own demise and I would not be surprised if this place shut down if it continued.
