I know I wrote a review of this place, I shop here all the time when i'm in town. They have the best selection of gift cards & wrapping paper, gift bags etc., we always come here for greeting cards & gift wrap. In regards to the pharmacy. Negative stars would be appropriate. Unacceptable service (or lack there of). Every time we use this pharmacy it is a huge wait or rude staff. This last time will be the last time. Late night urgent care visit with my kid. Doctor sent meds in to here because they were the only one open and they wanted her to start taking the meds asap. There was an issue with the sending over the script and the doctors office called the pharmacy directly, and we set there and listen to the phone ring as they ignored the call. Needless to say we were told to check back the following day. This took 30 minutes of our valuable time and made my little girl get sicker waiting on a different pharmacy to be open the next day. read more

They treat the drive-through pharmacy with priority when they should take care of the inside customers first they did get out of their car and walk in the store. If the drive-through don't like to wait, they can come inside. read more

Made another trip to Walgreens to get some Root Beer that was in the sale ad last Sunday. Why put stuff in the sale ad if it isn't in stock? I have been to the store 3 times this week and there has been one 12 pack that looks like it was dropped off the truck. Of course the web site says "in stock". Sunday at approximately noon. Very clean and standard Walgreens. Came here to obtain some anti-itch for my chicken-pox laden son (poor guy) and the aisles were clearly marked and the product was easy to find (back right wall next to pharmacy). The only thing that was off putting was the position of the center product bins (interrupted aisle flow) and the stickers had their product boxes and ladders in the MIDDLE of the aisles causing us to find this a labyrinth of a Walgreens at this particular time. Also, when coming from I-35, it is VERY easy to miss this and go on to the CVS that is caddy-cornered to this store. The main sign is hidden by a tree and the store sneaks up on you on the right. read more

I live in Texas (originally from Oklahoma). A HUGE THANK YOU to the Pharmacy Staff at Walgreens in Commerce Street in Ardmore OK. EVERY Doctor, and Walgreens is OUT of Flu vaccines in my local DFW TX Walgreens. Especially during this pandemic, they are on the front lines managing with positive and extremely helpful and courteous attitudes and service. They had the Flu Vaccine and I was able to get this vaccine for myself, a very vulnerable person in my early 60's and in a high risk group. Although I am an RN of 40+ years, I'm disabled due to vision issues, but it's not lost on me that the Pharmacist on duty Monday 3/23/2020 in the afternoon stopped filling prescriptions and took time out to give me my Flu shot. THANK YOU to the Pharmacy Staff for not only filling difficult, time consuming prescriptions of mine, they had the time to take to help me with getting my protection from the Flu. Thank you to all involved with my care. I pray they ALL continue with great health and weather this "pandemic storm" to service the needs of Ardmore, Oklahoma and this grateful lifelong Oklahoman now residing in Texas! read more
