I wouldn't normally write a review for Walgreens, but was compelled to after experiencing and witnessing some stellar customer service. While in Colorado I had a handful of printing needs and Walgreens is one of the few places that can quickly turn things around, often same day and within the hour. Over the years I've found Walgreens could be a hit and miss and so I sent a few test prints over to this location to get a better idea of the quality, material, and size of the prints. Thankfully they always have discount codes available which help a lot. When I went to pick up my first order, my initial experience wasn't so great. The 8 x 10 printed ok, but when I saw my poster board print rolled up, I immediately knew it was the wrong material. The worker said he still needed to print my largest print (20" x 30") and that came out 'rolled' as well. I asked him if that was indeed the right material and he pretty much was not sure and said he printed what it said. I knew it was wrong because it's supposed to be a 1.3mm thick BOARD. He told us we could come back the following day when then actual photo specialist would be in. We weren't too far away and I knew it wasn't printed right, so we didn't push it and decided to come back the next day. We returned and Ebony apologized for the error and I asked if I could see the "photo board" material so I can confirm it's really what I needed. What she gave me was what I was looking for (I've done these prints before) and she was able to reprint them the same day. The quality was good enough for what we needed, but I do recommend that you update your upload settings on the website/app and always upload the *full resolution* file for the best quality prints. Ebony was very kind and patient and what stood out was her interaction with not only me, but other customers as well. She provides great customer service and it really stood out to me as many places lack this level of service and kindness these days. All in all, we got what we needed and were happy with the results from poster board prints to photo prints and received a lot of compliments from the event. Walgreens is one of the most affordable options thanks to their coupon codes and is a great value for larger format printing when you need something quickly. read more

I called a week previous to my arrival, requesting that they transfer my pharmaceuticals from Safeway at my old neighborhood to this Walgreens pharmacy. I waited in line for 15-20 minutes. When I got to the counter, I gave them my information and they told me that I was not in the system. Frustrated I asked why, and how long it would take to get the information and fill my prescriptions. A lady, light skin black woman, rudely said to me that she's talking and to be quiet. No please and definitely an aggressive tone. I said that it was rude to speak to someone like that and she started trying to argue with me, so I walked away and spoke with the "manager" named Phil. All his finger nails were short except his long pinky nail ( this generally suggests that the person with the long nail does some sort of powdered substance that they snort). I asked for the pharmacy manager's information and he just to me to go ask the lady in the pharmacy that was unkind. I refused and left. Because of their inadequacy or laziness, I didn't get my very important life saving medication and had to scramble to get it figured out. Because they didn't do their job, I missed 2 days of medication and my prescription is now expired. I'm absolutely appalled by this sense of "customer service " and I'd recommend going to a different, reliable pharmacy for your pharmacy needs. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!!!! You will thank me in the end. Just don't..don't even walk in. Waiting hour long in line just to see if my perception was at this location. The line is always past the Medicine section. It's NEVER NOT BUSY. I'm telling you NEVER. No one helps you and no one answers the phone so don't waist your hours on hold either. Finally just figured I'll get my medicine from my doctors pharmacy cause it's NOT OKAY WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THESE PEOPLE. Gaven,Tyrome, Miracle and Elijah give friendly and excellent customer service. The other two ladies Pat and I the makeup lady, I think her name is Sherry give good, professional customer service. I was not going to write a review but I think it is needed because I have to point out without naming names, that a couple of other employees have made me feel uncomfortable, so I go to another Walgreens to spare myself the headache. It's a shame because his location is the closest one to me.I believe that the store manager should be talking more often to certain employees to make sure things are running smoothly with customers. The store has a lot of potential but IMHO is not reaching it's potential because certain people are allowed to run rampant and act unprofessional when they feel like it. Make sure you count your pills BEFORE leaving the pharmacy in front of the pharmacist. This Walgreens has shorted me on controlled substances for several months in a row, which is a huge public health hazard. It took me a while to figure out why I was running out of meds before I was due for a refill. I eventually decided to start counting and noticed the reason why I was missing pills was because the pharmacy wasn't dispensing the right amount. Someone is stealing controlled substances here. I really hope they review their tapes and figure out who it is. Until then, I'm finding a new pharmacy. Their techs are incredibly rude anyway. read more

Well, if you had gotten your 1st and 2nd covid vaccine here, you might want to leave a positive review. Jose was extremely professional, sensitive, and understanding towards me when I shared that I was a bit nervous for my second dose today. The way he treated me so kindly and thoughtfully brings a tear to my eye. For my first dose, I had a young Asian woman administer the vaccine and she was equally as wonderful- I just wish I could remember her name. The manager heard i was nervous and gave me a coconut water on the house! Basically everyone in the pharmacy cares to do a great job helping people and this world needs more caring individuals. This was absolutely ridiculous. The worst experience I've ever had any kind of retail location. First they tell me the prescriptions are ready, I have to wait half an hour for them to tell me only one is ready and then they bill me for four times the amount and forget to go to insurance then refused to give me a refund it until after they take lunch. I've used this pharmacy for over a year I'm the hopes the service would get better but it's been nonstop issues every month. They really need to get it together. They're rude to customers, don't have medications in stock and the wait time is unacceptable (45mins to 1hr) just to pickup a prescription that's already ready or drop off a prescription that needs to be filled. read more

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I'm writing this review to warn others of this pharmacy's malpractice. I've been consistently refused my full medication due to them telling me only half my prescription is covered by insurance. I called my insurance and they said that I'm completely covered and they don't know why this Walgreens is refusing to give me my full prescription. I've tried to explain the full situation to the staff and the head pharmacist wouldn't even let me speak, saying that there's nothing she can do and continued to blame my insurance. Once I got my insurance on the phone with me to talk to the pharmacist to ensure they weren't discriminating against me, I was told " Oops looks like a system error" and they gave me the rest. However, when I returned for my refill the next month I was once again told that "my insurance doesn't cover my full prescription." I highly suggest for your health and safety that you choose a different pharmacy, I've had 0 issues filling it now that I've switched pharmacy's. This pharmacy will continue to put their patients at risk, rather than admit fault or try and work with you to solve the issue. read more

This is the second time in a month I have tried to get a prescription filled. Both times if has taken over 4 days. Contacting corporate consumers affairs was also a total waste of time. I normally loath walking into a Walgreens. It usually means 30-60 minutes of my life will be lost to waiting in a line, likely while feeling like crap. Well, this Walgreens has consistently surprised me. Somehow a black hole sucks up all of the other customers, because the parking lot always seems busy but there's never much of a line at the pharmacy counter. I came in for a flu shot last fall and was out in 15 minutes. Dropped off a prescription yesterday and picked up today in under 15 minutes. And it's not like I'm coming at off hours - I was there at 6pm today, which is usually gouge-my-eyes-out time at Walgreens. I probably just jinxed my luck here, but so far this location has served me well. read more

This Walgreens is very disorganized and the people not very helpful. The staff tries to do their tasks and help customers, but the actual stocking seems grab most of their attention. What I did not like on my last few visits are not getting any eye contact from the employees at this location when you ask a question. I have gone out of my way multiple times to pick up my prescriptions and they either don't know I had a prescription there and I had to wait days in order to get it filled, or I have gotten told multiple times my prescriptions are ready and they are not and they don't even have the medication in stock so then I have to wait once again many days for them to order it when they are the ones that told me to come in to pick up when I do. The staff obviously is not communicating well or they just plainly don't know what they are doing. Because of this pharmacy I have been out of my meds multiple different occasions for multiple days. Wow. I should have read the reviews before choosing my pharmacy. I have never had such a horrible experience with a pharmacy before, nor can I remember giving a business a 1 star review, but I think people should be aware. My doc called in a prescription that I needed to go abroad. Luckily I planned ahead and ordered it 6 weeks in advance. 2 weeks pass with no phone call. I go in, and they can't find my prescription. They finally do and say "oh we only have half of it." Ok cool can you just let me know when the rest is in? No call, no text for another week. So I go in again and again they tell me it's not in. I ask again for them to text me when it's in. No text and another week passed. Go back in. Same deal. Instead of making another trip, I call. I'm on hold for 20 minutes and the best part is they keep picking up the phone and putting me back on hold without saying a thing. I leave for Rwanda this weekend, and I can only hope that it will be ready before I leave. Thank goodness I planned ahead. Allegedly it will be ready tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath. THis is not my normal Walgreens, but it was on my way home so I stopped in to pick up a few products. The area was clean and everything was properly labeled; I was able to find exactly what I needed in a matter of minutes. I went to the check out line and only had to wait about 3 to five minutes for 3 people to check out. I checked out and the attendant was very kind and asked me if I found everything I needed or had any questions. I typed in my zip code to redeem my points but I had forgotten to change my address and could not redeem them. The woman offered me multiple ways to find and fix my address problem and gave me directions on the best way to do so. She was clearly knowledgeable about Walgreens and I appreciated that. She also knew precisely how to answer my questions about the process and did so with a smile on her face. I would visit this Walgreens again. read more

I love this store! They are always so helpful at the pharmacy! The pharmacist is top notch! Not only is she beautiful but extremely friendly! Worst pharmacy I've been to. They have over charged my husband twice now. Both times it was the pharmacist entering a wrong code, they have blamed our insurance both times. Today I went in to pick up my prescription. They called me at 930am yesterday and told me it would be ready. I went after work today and they told me it's on back order. So why would they call me YESTERDAY and tell me it's ready??? Like I said today hasn't been the only time this pharmacy has screwed up my family's prescriptions. I don't recommend. read more
